Our room was smells very bad rented for NON smoking room but the room is so disgusting smell like cigarette sticks in our cloths we are coughing and didn’t have a good sleep because of the smell good thing we are near of the mall we ended up buying air freshener just to eliminate little bit of cigarette smell.😖

The hotel policy is nonsmoking. If someone smokes in a room we charge that guest a $250 fine and the room is placed out of order for days as it's deeped cleaned and can be tracked and confirmed by our out of order logs.

Every day we are working through the obsticles most businesses are currently having to ensure everyone's stay is maximized. Several caution procedures are still in place that I am aware many will be excited to see lifted; but rest asure we are reviewing and looking to keep in the best interest of guest and employees in mind
