Good location

Except the hotel lobby looks new, the room facilities are quite old and still found insects in room. The room is clean and spacious. The location is good as close to beach and walking distance to night market. Breakfast choice is limited and not really good.

Good location but dirty

The room had lots of ants, and the walls had stains on it. We were on the second floor. The positives were the location(5 min walk from the beach)and the receptionist. She was friendly and very helpful. Because it's on a secondary road it's quietier than other hotels facing a main road.

The location is excellent because located near the tourist street with many eateries within walking distance and also the beach few hundred meters across the main street. Had a good stay and the staff is friendly

Nice and clean room

I have been this hotel for 2 night and look and feel comfortable with nice and clean room. Otherwise, the staff is not really familiar and kindly welcome. And if you choose breakfast option it is not good choice cause it is not buffet just choose one Vietnamese or Western style meal. I think you just go out and eat normal restaurant would be cheaper and better quality.

Hotel with an unpleasant staff !!

I would not recommend this hotel !! Warning !! No smile, disappointing welcome. Long wait at check-in, they did not seem aware of our arrival, they did not inquire about their reservations on the internet. Not a nice word. The room was not ready. No accompaniment to the room. The staff speak almost no English! It is therefore impossible to get information about the surroundings. Breakfast finished at 9.30am, not worth going there at 9.33am! At 9:30 we were at the desk to ask where the restaurant was for breakfast, the lady told me it was on the top floor. She let me take the assorer knowing full well that they were no longer serving this time. I go downstairs 1 minute later at the reception to explain that it was not nice .. and there she gets angry at me. No excuse anything, only a few words of English attached with difficulty to tell me it was my fault. The manager calm her employee but no excuse anyway! It's crazy ! I would not recommend this hotel !!

Perfect locatio, reasonably priced.

Everything about the rooms was fine. They organized a bus to pick us up for onward travel. No breakfast but two restaurants just outside the front door serving excellent fod

False advertising and useless manager.

Hotel falsely advertises facilities that it does not have, I.e. tea/coffee making facilities, bathtub instead of shower. When we raised this with the 'manager' her response was awful, saying that it was hotel.com's fault and nothing to do with her!! She refused to refund our payment, or even move us to a room which actually included the advertised facilities. There's a reason why this hotel was half empty-because of the useless manager and terrible customer service. Avoid!!!

A low scale 2 star hotel located in an alley

The hotel is a low scale mediocre 2 star hotel. On the web, the hotel is showed that It locates on Ton Dan street. In reality, Ton Dan is an alley. The room is small, not clean, and dated. IN the morning the room has no hot water. I would not recommend this hotel to nay one.

Great hotel

The hotel was great. Staff was friendly and spoke English very well. The room was incredibly clean and they were always willing to lend a hand and give us extra towels, toilet paper etc.

Once was a 2 star hotel

Room was ok when we walked in, bathroom was not. It was dirty. Be aware that there is a building site right next door. Once we checked in we heard the noise and asked could we change room and woman at reception told us all rooms are the same and hung up the phone. From 7am to 5pm u will here drilling and a lot of noise.

Nice view

We stayed in a delux room on the 5th floor. Had a great view, but would be the only side of the hotel with one. Didn't realise this but it was the sea festival and was SO loud (just around the corner) it wasn't supposed to start until the 8th June but they were practising for days up until. Very loud and goes on until all hours of the morning. The beds were comfortable. The only negatives were the bath towels- very thin and worn, and we weren't supplied with hand towels.

I wouldn't visit again....

I thought the view from our balcony of room 601 was amazing for the amount we spent, we asked to move twice before settling into this room due to cleanliness issues and noise from building site next door. We stopped ordering breakfasts and preferred to buy egg rolls from a corner store as we were not sure how clean the kitchen is? One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in on the trip. There were no bath robes in the room as advertised. We often had to have cold showers at night, I think their hot water system was solar so come the evenings there was not hot water! Great little shop across from the hotel that sells nice cheap beer...

DON'T STAY HERE!

First off the small stuff. (stuff I normally would completely ignore) small towellets small beds (twins) luke warm water at best and breakfast was really lack luster and below average( (ala carte) only one drink and one set dish allowed) When we arrived they said they were going to give us an upgrade. They took us to a room with two beds instead of one that we requested online. I looked out the window and saw the construction site within a stones throw from our window on our side of the bedroom and immediately realized why we were upgraded. We went down to the reception as directed by him, and LIE number one. "oh no sir. not noisy construction is not bad and room very quiet" So I said to her. Thats fine, we will give it one night and see. 7am it sounded like sledgehammering in the room next to us. We tried to doze to no avail and when we got the call at 8am call stating we needed to get to breakfast before 9am all hopes of sleeping in flew out the window. I asked them if we could change rooms to the standard we booked which is on another wall not facing the construction and she offered us a 3rd floor room same. After a camera got stolen by the staff, and we were intruded upon after stating NO ONE IN our room.. they LIED again and said they weren't but, we know they were. They will lie and cheat you here. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! Cheap yes.. but you get what you pay for with this lot.

Nice simple clean place close to beach

The hotel was very simple, but clean and close to the beach. Staff was very friendly. They made sure we didn't pay too much for a taxi ride to back to the airport. If you need any drinks there are people selling various items at a cheap price on the street the hotel is on. The little alley/ street the hotel is on is not touristy which is nice. I would recommend staying here if you need a more reasonably priced room close to the beach.

Nice hotel. It was very close to the beach. Nice hotel staff, but their english was not so great, which made communication a little difficult.
