The Space:

Wesley Barn consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with Neff electric oven and induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for six, a sitting room with a Smart TV, Freeview and a cloakroom with washer/dryer. The bedrooms are all zip-link and consist of a ground-floor four-poster super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, a lower-ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin. Outside there is a non-enclosed gravelled area with furniture and rear enclosed garden with patio, lawn, barbecue, furniture, hammock and hot tub. Ample off-road parking. Within 1.4 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Please note: This property does not accept weekend stays.Travel cot, highchair, stairgate, fuel, power, Egyptian Cotton linens, and towels and WiFi included in the rent. Wesley Barn is a simply dreamy base for your next Cornish adventure. Note: Ramp from parking area towards entrance of property; and ramps into the entrance, however due to planning restrictions the doors into the ground floor bedroom with ensuite are only 710mm wide. Grab handle and shower chair available in ground floor en suite. Please note: Five, well-behaved dogs welcome, check with Owner for Giant breeds. Please note: All guests will find a sumptuous robe, fresh milk left in the fridge, Prosecco and Cornish Cream tea on arrival



The Neighborhood:

Tucked peacefully away from the north Cornwall coast is this charming little village. Cubert, with its 14th century church, also boasts a convenience store/Post Office, a fish and chip shop, a gastropub and a café which all help to make it the wonderful holiday base that it is. From here, you can reach some of Cornwall's most wonderful attractions. Along the coast, Cubert sits in between the beautiful surfing centre of Newquay and the idyllic seaside resort of Perranporth - both of these destinations will promise an unforgettable day trip as they offer a wealth of different amenities and activities tied together with their own individual charm.
