We are just back from the most amazing stay at the stunning Sea Point. We honestly could not fault this property, everything was just perfect. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished with so many thoughtful touches. The location couldn’t be better with the most stunning views. Pool was gorgeous, lovely and warm even with gale force winds and rain! Must also mention how brilliant the owner was with communication both before and during our stay, she couldn’t do enough for us with lots of great recommendations and quick to answer all our questions. Just can’t wait to come back as don’t think we’ll find anywhere better!

An amazing week….

Family holiday to celebrate big birthday.10 adults, 7 youngsters.Surpassed all expectations ( and they were already huge) Wonderful property and location. So much space so no one ever on top of each other.Glorious, exceptional views and all rooms look out to them.Wonderful beach location.So much fun to be had in pool…Hired a Chef for special evening meal, A Yhangry Event. Every room with a view

Our first visit to this stunning property as a family and we were not disappointed!Every beautifully appointed room and bedroom suite has a spectacular view over the River Gannel and Crantock Beach.The open plan kitchen, living and dining room bring the family together and the pool deck is fantastic. Our host Anne was most helpful and responded to any questions and requests very promptly making our stay extremely comfortable and relaxing.

This property is absolutely stunning and even better in real life than the pictures. Everything is to the highest standard with attention to detail and makes for a fabulous comfortable stay. Breathtaking property

We stayed at this incredible house for my 50th birthday, it was a gathering of adults children and teens. The location is absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the Gannel and Crantock, which changes constantly throughout the day. The house is modern and luxurious with all "high end", "high-tech"fixtures and fittings and is beautifully decorated and well equipped. We were a group of 13 and also held a gathering on the Saturday with an additional 10 guests, there was plenty of room, crockery, cutlery and chairs etc, to accomodate this. I had a few questions prior to the trip and my friends also contacted Anne a few times regarding some birthday arrangements they had made, so Anne had 3 of us to deal with. Anne was incredibly helpful, informative and quick to respond. Its clearly a much loved property and Anne clearly wanted us to make the most of our stay. We did not leave the house except for walks, a dip in the sea and a cocktail at Lewannick Lodge which is just a 10 minute walk away. The teens were either tucked away at their end of the house, in the pool or on the beach below. The recommendations for a private chef, a yoga lesson at home and delivered surf gear and wetsuits were appreciated and we were impressed with these contacts they were professional, convenient and enhanced the stay. If you can book this unique property I wouldn't hesitate and do make sure you bag the master bedroom as the setting and view was my favourite spot in the house.

Lovely setting with great views

We were a reasonably large family group with ages raging from 72 to not yet 1 and the house was certainly spacious enough that we didn’t feel on top of each other. All rooms were comfortable and well furnished. The children really enjoyed having such a large heated pool to play in onsite. We all went to the local beach down the steep steps then waded over the river. There was even a reasonable local bus service into Newquay. Any problems we had were quickly resolved as communication with the owner were good.

Best stay!

We had the most lovely time at the house - it is presented to an immaculate standard and has everything you could need for a stay with friends and family. The rooms are extremely comfortable with stunning views and all of the communal areas inside and out are a joy to be in. Anne was a fab host and great at communicating in the lead up to the stay and if we needed when we were there. We feel very lucky to have a special celebration at the house and hope to visit again sometime in the future!

Spectacular In Every Way

The best word to describe Sea Point is ‘spectacular’ - whether it be the location, the house design, the facilities and services, the furniture, or the overall ambiance. Three generations of the same family, six adults and four children, spent a fabulous week in the house in June, with the pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, games room and private access to the beach providing infinite entertainment for the younger members. Every need has been anticipated within the house, while external suppliers are on hand for food delivery, surfing equipment and private catering. Anne could not have been a more helpful and supportive host. Overall it would have been difficult to find a more ideal property for our needs. Michael and Valerie

Mixed age group of ladies 18-62

Having already visited this house last year with family I took on the organisation of this holiday recommending this venue to a group of ladies who were not all known to each other - so was slightly nervous as to how it would go but This house does not disappoint in any shape or form … it left all members of our group speechless on arrival! And everyone bonded immediately. The layout of both the bedrooms -( all with sea views!) and the living space is exceptional not to mention the views and the ambience of the outside areas. Creating the perfect property for a mixed age and diverse group from all areas of the country. The weather undoubtedly enhanced our experience however all ladies concerned agreed it was a ‘very special place’ and we never left the property all weekend, enjoying all aspects of its brilliance. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and kitchen utensils and each bedroom has a large en suite bathroom and glass patio doors giving an immense feeling of space and views to die for. The owner has thought long and hard about everything you would need for your stay and you truely felt extremely blessed to be able to experience a holiday in this house. I can’t put into words its’ brilliance and We will definitely be returning.

Simply WOW

What a fabulous weekend we have just spent in this stunning property. Everything was excellent; the large comfy beds, the kitchen with every utensil you could need and more, the hot tub and outdoor pool that was warm enough to use even in early May, the massive dinning table that seated all 15 of use without a problem. The house was so perfect we even cancelled a meal out one evening as we all preferred to stay in! Thank you so much to Anne for being a brilliant host, we would absolutely go again and recommend it to anyone considering making a booking.

Fabulous Property in a Stunning Location

We had an amazing family vacation at this fabulous property overlooking Crantock beach. The views from every angle of the house are captivating and very special. It is conveniently located adjacent to Fistral Beach and Newquay, making dining out an easy option. The interior is very spacious, meticulously designed and immaculate. We loved every single room. Ann e was the consummate host. Attentive, responsive and very friendly. We would strongly recommend this beautiful home and we will certainly return again in the future.

Large family New Year Celebration Week

Sea Point is amazing, we all had our own bedroom suites and bathrooms and loads of spaces to spread out to get our own time, whilst enjoying the communal areas together, dining with ‘ in house chef ‘ that we organised, swimming in the pool and playing in the games room. Enjoyed cooking ourselves in the kitchen too! The views are to die for, waking up looking out to the ocean and the sunrises up the Gannel and setting late on the terrace. Know and love the area! So much to explore and do. We will be coming back to this superb 5* property! Thank you to the hosts!

Fantastic family getaway

We spent an amazing 9 days at Seapoint for a big family celebration. Anne was super helpful in the run up to our stay and always on call to help problem solve any little issues that arose. The house itself is huge, spacious, well equipped and very new and clean - we particularly loved the pool (heated to a lovely temperature meaning we could swim even on chilly, rainy days) and hot tub; every bedroom was lovely and very comfortable. The best thing about the house is the location and that view! Absolutely incredible, unique view over to Crantock and out to sea, as well as inland down the Gannel. It’s an amazing place to watch the changing tides creating a completely new vista every day. Was amazing to have direct beach access via the steps at the back of the house. We love the area in general - so many amazing beaches and great places to eat and visit nearby - and this has to be one of the best houses in the area. This was a one-off trip but would love to return one day.

Falling in love with Pentire

This was our first time staying in Pentire, and we were thoroughly impressed! The house was fantastic and provided comfortable accommodations with stunning views from every room. With panoramic views of the beach towards Crantock and beyond, every seat in the house offered a great outlook. Additionally, the property was well-furnished and equipped for a family stay, with thoughtful little extras added by the owners. If you enjoy cooking, you will be pleased with the amenities. It boasts a top-of-the-line kitchen, a BBQ, and all the necessary utensils are provided on site for your convenience. Our family had a great time at the outdoor swimming pool. Despite facing a few rainy days, we still enjoyed our time there, as the pool was always at a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the hot tub offered a spectacular view of the beach below. This house's location is ideal for families of any size. Our family of adults along with a small dog, enjoyed exploring the nearby countryside. You can easily reach Fistral Beach on foot, and there's a local pub nearby. If you want to see the surrounding bays, take the Headland walk. It goes without saying that we would love to visit again in the future, and would like to thank the owners for going above and beyond , both in the build up to our stay with their efficient organisation, and with the beautiful accommodation they provided.

We stayed at Seapoint for a week to celebrate my husbands 60th. The house is perfect in every way and the location is simply amazing. The open plan living area , opening onto the outdoor space allowed us to party together alongside offering enough space to chill and have time out. All the rooms have a sea view , are large and have spacious bathrooms. Waking up and drinking in the views made us feel we had our own bit of Cornwall for the week. We had a chef one evening, cooked fresh lobsters on the BBQ, visited the Old Albion across the Gannel in Crantock, had amazing fish at the Fish House and the Boatyard. Everyone enjoyed their time , surfing, golfing, paddle boarding, laughing and just relaxing.Anne could not have been more helpful, offering lots of information and allowing us to stay in this unique property. We could not recommend staying here enough and hopefully we will be able to stay again in the future. What a find !

Stunning Property

What a stunning place in Newquay. Anne is the perfect host! The place is clean, well taken care of, kids loved the heated swimming pool. Would highly recommend this place!
