The unit is 0.3 miles from Newport Hospital, 1.5 miles from the Newport Naval Station, steps to dining on lower Broadway, as well as walking distance to downtown Newport. This unit includes a beautiful, expansive outdoor deck providing plenty of additional space to enjoy the sunshine. The unit was recently renovated with the following: Kitchen: new flooring, cabinets, countertops, and appliances, Bathroom- new vanity and flooring, Outdoor deck was completed refurbished. Fresh paint throughout the entire unit. The unit already boasts beautiful hardwood floors, large windows and high ceilings with great natural light.

I had a wonderful stay here! It’s a cozy house in excellent condition. Great view from the terrace, perfect for enjoying the Newport weather. Only a short walk to downtown and countless shops and restaurants. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. No issues I had went unresolved. I hope I get the chance to stay here again.
