Easy to check in. The room is larger than I expected and the air conditioning on a 40° day worked perfectly. The hotel offers easy access to the companies I visit as part of my work. Will become my motel of choice in Newcastle

The person in the next room appeared to be a long term resident? He laid in his bed ( in his underwear) with door to room wide open and later was walking around outside in his underwear. We Felt unsafe and wondered why this type of behaviour was allowed especially with children in the area.
