- Deliberately deceiving guests. - Incorrect address (other side of the road in a different building). - Lying about the parking situation with misleading wording. Stating ‘self-parking available’ is an absolute lie. Saying parking is unavailable when multiple parking spaces were free the entire time. - Mould in the bathroom and bedroom - Fly screen on 1 out of 3 windows and that was broken so didn’t work - Paper thin walls where you can hear every movement and even low level conversation from other rooms…let alone the multiple 15 second rounds of ‘adult activities’. - Bed too soft…it feels like your legs are higher than the rest of your body. - Old and damaged furniture (chairs in the room are disgusting with the material flaking off). - Fridge noise kept clicking in and off. - Etc.

Please don't stay in this apartment. We booked The Foundry but was given the Alfred apartment which is across the road. The Alfred apartment didn't look anything like the photos published on the Hotels.com site. Worst still the apartment had a leak under the sink which resulted in mould forming in the sink cupboard. The bed cover and donna were torn. We spoke to management and they didn't repair the leak or changed the torn sheets over our 4 day stay. The apartment was not serviced for the enitre 4 days.

The photos shown are not the accomodation provided, couldn’t get in for 1hr 30mins, codes provides weren’t working, horrible staff and horrible service , the manager was trying to fight with me, everything was disgusting , the floors were putrid, room smelt strong of cigarette, we left at 3am because we couldn’t stay the night, we were not provided a balcony as booked.

Single Girl Security & Serenity

Although I have mobility issues with arthritis this property is more than managable as it caters to the disibility impaired with a lift & bathroom suited to these needs. The bed is divine. Full size fridge is great. But most of all the security is top notch with it requiring 3 codes to even knock on my door. I love it!

Property is not as per photos. Totally different building. TV does not work. Mattress worn out. Blind, NOT black-out curtain as advertised, damaged. Bright light in hallway on entire night, so room was light. Noisy. Sink clogged. Only one bedside table and no power access at that side. It's a room for TWO. So that's just cheap. No way to contact anyone. No reply to email we sent a week ago.
