An amazing property in an amazing location! Will definitely go there again. Newbiggin is a small town with not much going on, but that does mean the whole area is very quiet - we often had the beach to ourselves! This property is a real gem!

Lovely and relaxing

Nice clean house ; nice walks ,our 4 yr granddaughter loved the beach .we saw the dolphin pass the bay a few time , we will be back again I’m sure .

Simon was very helpful from beginning to end. Communication was outstanding. Very relaxing, mostly sat on chairs looking at the view . Great base for surrounding area. Highly recommend.

First-rate location overlooking the bay; right on the prominade. Property was well appointed and the host was exceptionally accommodating and kept in close contact.

Fantastic views

Bay View is a fabulous property. Very well equipped and clean, the house is a great home-away-from-home. A great base to explore the sights and attractions of Northumberland. The views of the bay, and accessibility to the beach are second to none.

I do like to be beside the seaside

Beautiful property. Spectacular views, nice walks along the prom. Very quiet and very relaxing. Great restaurant at the end of the prom. Owner very responsive. We had a great time will be back next year.

Excellent location and property with fantastic views and great location

The property was as per the pictures and practically on the beach complete with the sound of waves inside the house. Very clean and very well equipped with very helpful owners and lots of extras supplied. Would recommend to anybody looking for a beach location and relaxing break.

Wonderful Experience

We had a great time here. Such a sweet and peaceful spot. We had the beach all to ourselves most days and the beach house was much cozier than other places we have stayed. Morning views were amazing and the place was full of everything we needed. Owners were super responsive. All around a great adventure for us.

Northumberland Vacation

Wonderful vacation home, fully equipped and in a great location. Right on the beach, just a few steps to the long promenade of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, a small town with all the essentials (restaurants, pubs, small supermarket). Newcastle upon Tyne can be reached by car in 30 minutes and is definitely worth a visit. Check in and check out were excellent.

Amazing view out the front

The property is just as described. It is finished to a high standard, immaculately clean and with the most amazing view from the front windows looking over the bay. Very good value for money and good base to explore the Northumberland coast.

A beautiful view from bay window

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, clean house with a superb of the bay. Everything we could wish for was provided and weather, although mixed did not affect our enjoyment. Highlight was seeing four dolphins frolicking in the bay but sadly only on one evening.

Beautiful and peaceful

We really enjoyed our days by the sea and in this house and can highly recommend it! The house is well and carefully furnished (very nice bed linen), large windows with a beautiful view of the bay and seating outside in the garden. It is in a very quiet location in a relaxed environment. There is a lovely café within walking distance right by the bay. The house also offers plenty of space.

Newbiggin upon the Sea House

Elevated but right on the seafront with a few steps down to the beach. Comfortable property which we loved. There is a garage for the car, but ours was a little big so had to park on the street. Plenty of places to visit nearby. We had a takeaway on night and they deliver to the back door. Loved our stay, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

House and location met expectations. Newbiggin village is very unimpressive. The house yard and garden - especially the paths- need weeding
