You will occupy the entire 1st Apartment which comes with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and 1 bathroom nothing shared with anyone.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance & smart lock. Smart TV’s in all rooms and living room.

Eufy Cameras present, For your safety, there are 4 active motion detecting, voice recording surveillance camera monitoring the entire compound without breaching your privacy & Vrbo privacy policy. Cameras are located on the front of the building, both sides of the building and backyard only.

Easy Statue of Liberty visit on the New Jerseys side.

Moses was very attentive and accommodating. He made sure we had space to park within the gated driveway-thank you! Clean newly renovated three ample bedrooms and one bathroom. The unit has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The microwave is invaluable when traveling from out of state. Public transportation is within minutes. Visiting the Statue of Liberty, on the New Jersey side, is close and plenty of parking ($7- all day). There was some trash/landscape/construction debris since there is an update in progress.
