So much better than a hotel!

I am so grateful that we had this opportunity instead of staying in a hotel. We have stayed in two different local hotels and hadn’t been overly please. We had so much space and were so comfortable here. I am hoping to stay again when we have to move our son into University of Delaware.

Good location, easy to find and access the property with the host's directions. Plenty of room for storing our gear in the basement. We were pleasantly surprised by a small public pool nearby with free access. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with essentials and a few amenities. The window A/C unit in the master bedroom was quite loud and prevented the window shade from closing completely. This window also faced the sunrise. The stairs were steep. Overall a pleasant stay and we would stay here again.

Townhouse near University of Delaware

The pictures and description on VRBO are accurate. The townhouse is very clean, good value and an easy drive to University of Delaware. It comfortably fit our family of 5. Our children and dog all enjoyed the park across the street. The owner was responsive and caring. We definitely hope to stay at this rental rather than a hotel next time we return to town!
