Upper West Side GYM! Just a 3 minute walk to central park, this newly updated condo has everything you need for your family, friends and co workers. The train is less than a 3 minute walk away as well making it super convenient to get anywhere in the city and beyond! The condo was just recently gut renovated so all new fixtures, appliances for a very modern feel. You won't find many places like this in Manhattan! Space New, modern and snazzy! My friend is an interior decorator and helped me design the place, so you know you are getting the best. All the appliances throughout the apartment are brand new and very high end. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a shower to die for, I spared no expense when trying to make this place as comfortable as possible. Guest access You have access to everything in the apartment. I also stock the apartment with tea and coffee so help yourself :). New York has one of the best water filtration systems in the states, however I also keep a water filter in the fridge if you would like to use that as well. react-text: 323 /react-text Guest interaction I am always available! Being right off of Central Park has huge benefits for restaurants, bars, sight seeing and other advantages. You will fall in love with the neighborhood. Getting around TRANSPORTATION EVERYWHERE. Trains literally 3 minute walk from the condo make it super convenient to get anywhere. Taxi's always available 24/7 and a local favorite... My condo is in a very residential neighborhood which gives you a unique perspective on New York life opposed to just the tourist areas. YOU WILL LOVE IT

Good location, Good Deal

Nice neighborhood in Harlem. Good restaurants in walking distance. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Some furniture needs updating (coffee table leg is broken). Only complaint was the heat. A stronger air conditioner, or at least more fans, would be great!

Small, dark, and over crowded with partly broken furniture. We reserved for 5 people, but despite several requests never got sheets for the fold out couch in the living room. Bathroom shower needs a serious grout scrubbing. Convenient to Columbia University.

What bothered me the most about this stay was the sign in the bedroom saying the owner would pay $25 for a positive 5-star review. That makes me distrust any 5-star review. And while the unit was clean and comfortable, it was not a 5-star apartment. The air conditioner is underpowered. There's insufficient water pressure in the kitchen. The coffee table is held together by a screw. There's only one small window in the living space, and that space is surprisingly small (even by NY standards). If you're cost concious, this is an adequate property. It just isn't a 5-star.

Exactly as promised

We recently stayed in an apartment for the first time while visiting NYC. The area was an area (West Harlem or Manhattanite area) we had never stayed in and we were pleasantly surprised. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. The apartment itself was inside a locked building and was small but very clean. We have 6 people in our family and we made it work. We used a blow up Queen mattress for our 4th bed. The kitchen was tiny but well supplied so we made our breakfast in every morning. Dunkin donuts and a cute coffee shop are right outside your door if you dont want to cook.There was a neighborhood store for extras or even fresh made sandwiches right down the street. The shower in our unit was amazing and a big hit with our girls. We had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo supplied for us. After spending nights uptown sightseeing you could take a breather once you got off the metro because this neighborhood was much quieter and slow paced.
