It’s hard to review this property because we didn’t end up staying here but, we arrived here and Rusica gave us a tour and said she thought we would be better at another property because this one had some water problems. We stayed at a second property and it was really great. I thought it was amazing that she took such care of us, and gave us a better place to stay. It was very clean, it was in a great easy to reach place, just blocks off this one. She was available for any questions. And very sweet. The space was small but had everything we needed. The only down side was a lot of noise from the street which is unavoidable and nobody’s fault, and they had some very loud neighbors playing heavy metal on Sat and Sunday, also the stairs smelled like weed, but its New York! It’s expected. I thought it was very nicely designed for a small space, and if I could make a suggestion, it would be to get cotton sheets. Microfiber is soft but super hot. Also the beds aren’t queen, they are full. Other than that, 5 stars! Loved our stay in a very characteristic NYC building, built in 1930. Def would stay again.
