Short version: Bad staff, Cockroaches and filthy. Long version: Worst experience ever. When we arrived to check in, there was no one at the counter (which looked like a prison office). We waited 10 minutes before anyone came to see us. Then, the attendant was completely nonchalant. No politeness whatsoever. We then went to our room. It wasn't great (chipped paint, broken furniture and decoration, bad lighting), but that's not a big deal for me. I then took a shower: no water pressure, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. But the worst was yet to come. When I went back to the bathroom, a little later, I saw a cockroach. Then another... In the end, I killed about ten of them in about an hour. And I don't know if it's the bugs themselves or the pesticides they use but I got a sore throat and allergy symptoms after 1 hour being there. So we decided to leave. Once again, the attendant didn't apologize, treated us arrogantly, almost denying the situation even if I showed him couple of cockroaches in a bag) and offered no help whatsoever. He seemed to think the situation was pretty normal. We asked for a refund and he told us he couldn't do anything. Ugh...

Room was not clean, walls were very dirty. Room smelled like cigarettes masked with room spray. Dirty pillow cases. Very loud, both with outside noise and inside noise. Could hear toilet in next room flushing. Parking was easy though and it’s in a convenient location. Staff was friendly.

The staff at this hotel was amazing! They answered my questions and provided fast customer service when I called reception. Only downsides: No secure parking garage for guests; there is only limited street parking, which feels unsafe. While the beds and towels were very clean, the room itself could have been better cleaned, with some visible stains, hairs, and debris on the ground.
