The unit was exactly as pictured on the website, clean, accommodating, great view of the beach. I would definitely book again. and recommend it.

This condo couldn’t have been more perfect. The unit had everything you needed for your stay. To be on the bottom floor was a gift. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay in the same unit again.

Awesome place!

The place was in an awesome location! Great to see the beach right from our patio and to be able to sit in the grass without the Sandy mess, if we wanted to. The place was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We hope to be back!

Property is well-maintained, clean. Location and view are outstanding, right on the beach. Was just two of us, and there was plenty of room. Well-equipped - lots of extra towels, beach chairs, kitchen. We did not use either of the pools, but we heard they were in good condition. There is a community laundry and it is clean and well-maintained. The card pay system from the laundry is a bit confusing (others had same comment), but fortunately we had a freindly neighbor walk us through the steps. This was first time for us on the ocean side of Florida, loved it. Watched sunrise every day from the patio. Other than downtown NSB on Flagler Ave, the area was relatively uncongested for this time of year. Lots of great dining options close by. Saw two night-time rocket launches from right in front of the condo. Short drive to Canaveral National Seashore, which is a gem! We hope to return same time next year!

This is perhaps the most beautiful place we have ever been to! Nothing like watching the sunrise every morning! The beach is glorious! The condo is perfect and everything we needed and more was provided. We also loved the pool and grill areas. An added bonus was a carport. WE WILL RETURN!

Loved it!

Such a great property. Checked all our boxes and more; oceanfront, first floor unit, non driving part of beach, great decor, solitude feeling patio. The weather didn't cooperate and we didn't even care. Catch a sunrise, walk the beach, read a book while listening to the waves on the patio, cook a great meal or so many great restaurant options near by. We can't wait to rent again!

50th anniversary

Before we retired we used to spend 2-3 weeks at a few different properties in NSB over about a four year span. In 2015 we bought a Winter property and we're Snowbirds until moving here full time in 2020. Colony Beach Resort 125 is hands down the best. We enjoyed sitting out and watching the ocean and sunrise and sets. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We've already called about booking the same dates for next year.

Best View in NSB!

Property very clean and beautifully decorated. The only problem we encountered was the TV in the living room. There was no sound on the TV and the ROKU didn't work. This was not a big deal to us as we spent our time sitting on the deck, watching the waves. We have stayed in many properties in NSB but this one by far has the most beautiful view.

Amazing. Relaxing. STAY HERE!

My two daughters and I came for 3 days after a busy volleyball tourney in Orlando. The house is perfect for multiple quick trips to the beach and pool. It was so nice to NOT DRIVE to the beach. When picking a place keep that in mind - this place is so great. The kitchen was top notch with everything I could need. If you are deciding between houses - no need to go further! This is your place. The ONLY thing we were missing was a map of the property to find the trash bins and laundry, etc. But with a little exploring we found it! I also didn't see the laundry cards until it was too late - but all these things were on me. If you are looking for quiet, relaxing and a place EVERYONE in your family can do what they want when they want it... THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!!
