Relax and Slowdown

Wow! Everything was accurately presented just as the description and pictures indicate. The property is well maintained and recently updated. Just the right size and easy access to the pool deck and beach.This was my first time staying on the east coast and New Smyrna didn’t disappoint!

Family get away

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautiful, well appointed for various different sleeping arrangements, clean and comfortable! We loved the location right on the beach and the view from the condo when taking breaks inside. This condo is perfect for anyone traveling from out of state because they have all the beach equipment you need! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!

Great Condo and Experience

Perfect vacation spot

We truly enjoyed our stay! The owners put a lot of thought into what guests may want/need (games, beach toys, first aid kit, forgot something bag etc...). The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked and it was VERY clean! The overall complex was wonderful, we really enjoyed the two pools, the clubhouse, grills and access to the beach. We anticipate returning next year. It is a great unit!

Amazing Condo!

Probably the best VRBO property we've ever staying across the US. It had every little detail you can think of including aloe vera for that Florida sunburn. The condo was comfortable and the view was outstanding. Thanks for sharing your happy place with us. The Jacksons

Nicest Condo Ever!

The stay started off a bit rocky due to Rebecca with Great Ocean Condos telling us that we could check in early. They were hard to get to answer the phone to begin with, but nonetheless we arrived at 3 pm & the owner was cleaning the condo. We called Rebecca back and she stated that the condo would be ready at 3:45. We were aggravated as it was so just waited until original check in time at 4 pm to go back. I will say as soon as we walked in we were taken aback by the beauty and cleanliness of this condo. It has the most perfect view and the owners had it decorated so nicely. They provided everything we needed and more. It was nice of them to leave chairs, umbrellas and beach towels to use if needed. Other than the initial hiccup we did not have a bad thing to say about this condo and would love to go back.

Perfect Getaway

The owners pay very close attention to detail! Our stay was lovely. They have the best balcony of all with wonderful view. The condo was nicely appointed with all amenities needed. Everything was fresh and new. Can’t wait to come back.

Incredible view

Our family of 6 (4 young kids) had the best stay. The condo had everything we needed - including plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc. We had very chilly weather but it was sunny and we still were able to enjoy the porch, which feels very private. We saw two rockets launch and the sunrise every morning. We swam several times in the heated pool. While my older kids surfed, I was able to watch them from the porch. We rented paddle boards and drove to the landing near blue springs park to see the manatee - the wait was long but so worth it. The only note is to be sure to have quarters or be able to download an app to use the laundry facilities. The cleaning services only cover two loads of laundry so we had to wash a couple loads. Highly recommend this spot!

The condo is great very clean and well stocked with really everything you need. My only issue is no washer and dryer in the condo! It is community on each floor and you have to pay to use it. The washer on our floor was broken which was a huge problem!!!! We loved everything else about it.

Our Happy Place

We could not have had a better stay! Such a lovely location and quite a pleasant surprise at how many extra amenities they have. We were fortunate to be there during the full pink moon and witness the SpaceX shuttle launch at night. So awesome!!!! We will definitely be returning to our "Happy Place" next year. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to vacation!

My Happy Place

This unit is the #1 place to stay. Everything you need to enjoy home away from home. They have provided such a warm welcome to their guests. The patio furniture is Awesome! Spent alot of time there. Fully equipped kitchen, beds sleep like a dream. Furniture through out is immaculate. Books, movies, TVs each room are great size flat screens. I'll Definitely be back and have already told family and friends.
