First, the property is in a great location. Close to the beach, close to shopping and a short walk to Flagler Ave. Also, it's in a quiet neighborhood. Second, it's just a really nice property. Very roomy, very comfortable, very clean. Definitely one of the best whole house rental properties in New Smyrna Beach.

Great house, great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable house. A short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants yet on a nice quiet street made for a great location. The friendly owner made us feel very welcome.
