It was a great stay. The WiFi was down but fixed appropriately. You might add the garage is shared. It is not listed and the gentleman at 506 was also not aware we were sharing either. He was confused why we were in there.

We have stayed in New Smyrna Beach many, many times and this property is by far the best we have had. The location, view, quality of the furnishings and all the amenities are above and beyond - they even provide bath robes and an Air Fryer!!It has everything you need, and we especially loved the large bath tub in the master bedroom. Also, the owners stock it with just about everything you need in the kitchen, baths, bedrooms and washer/dryer room.It is very quiet and peaceful and the condo association is really incredible - so well kept up including a great fitness room and even a sauna.This will be the only place we stay from now on. It is perfection!!!

Great view. Easy access to pool and beach. All your beach gear provided by the hosts and easy to access. Pickleball gear provided also, and courts are right outside the condo. Very attentive hosts, as we had an AC issue on day one, but they sent a tech out right away and resolved issue.

We had a great time during our week on the beach. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Many beach chairs and toys are available to use and the beds are very comfortable. The condo complex is located on a great stretch of the beach and is kept very clean.

All in all, we were very happy with our stay.Initially, we had some concerns with the cleanliness, but the condo owners Jeff and Gina responded promptly to resolve it.No question, we would return again if we revisit the area.

The condo needs updated. I wonder if the owner / operator has been in this condo recently. There are patches of paint on the walls that show . The garbage disposal wasn’t working and an odor was obvious. Liquid soap was limited . A light cover was missing on ceiling light in main bedroom.

Beautiful in so many areas

We loved the condo so much. Very beautifully decorated. Kitchen was abudantly equiped. The location was first rate. Wonderful view of the ocen from the balcony. Owners were very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We came in may so very few people people on the beach

Lovely condo and beach

Second time visiting this area- stayed in the same unit with the family. Ideal for both littles and young adults. Took advantage of the pickleball court and can’t beat the views from the balcony!! Loved my morning coffee outside! The space is well appointed and has everything you need!

This was a great spot for our family. Pool was warm, hot tub was hot, and the ocean was steps away. It was super helpful having the boogie boards, bikes, kayaks, surfboards, etc. We would definitely stay here again

Amazing place!

Gorgeous condo on the beach! Clean pool, amazing views, no drive part of New Smyrna Beach. Close to stores and a beautiful park but not crowded at all. We had a minor maintenance issue, and the landlord was very responsive, came out to work on the problem. Was kind and gracious the whole time. Looking forward to coming back soon! If you’ve been hunting for the perfect rental, this is it!

New Years Getaway

Beautiful location and condo. Many amenities on the property and plenty of beach gear. A few minor issues…elevator was slow, so using stairs was actually healthier and quicker… Jacuzzi tub jets in master bath didn’t work, and wifi was set to a GFI that kept tripping off. Weren’t any major issues though, and would definitely stay there again.

Ebb Tide - Great Place to Stay

The Ebb Tide Complex is high end and classy. Robert and Mike who are caretakers of the complex are Rock Stars and take their jobs seriously. In the middle of December 2024, it was a little cooler than usual but the pool was in the 80's, the Spa 102 degrees and swimming was not a problem. The Condo's location is close to the elevator and walking from the parking lot was a piece of cake. Just a few miles from Flagler Avenue where everything is happening. The Ebb Tide Complex is gated and has a high ultra modern seawall that keeps the ocean where it belongs so storms are not a problem. Stairs going down to the beach are of a Trex material and not wood which splinters. Inside the condo, the Large Flat Panel TV in the Living Room reminded me of home. This unit has fast WiFi and a great view of the ocean from the couch or Master Bedroom. The High end Comfort Gel Utlimate beds were Awesome and the high water pressure in a very large modern shower was a dream. High end pots and pans, cutlery and dinner plates are above what you would expect. Who could want more! Highly recommend this unit! Anyone booking this for warmer summer days have all the water toys, bicycles and more for their exclusive use when booking this condo. My compliments to the cleaning staff, this 1,500 square foot condo was spotless!!

Everything was mostly good - the bathroom beside 2nd bedroom wouldn’t flush! Reported to proper person not long after arrival. They weren’t able to get it repaired. IF there had been other people with us - this would have been a nightmare!! They offered 5% discount for our troubles. Should have been changed to rent of one bedroom one bath unit!

Super Relaxing

Beautiful unit with comfy beds, furniture; well stocked kitchen; awesome deck to drink coffee on in the sunshine each morning. Watched dolphins. Waves never cease. The community is well taken care of. We took advantage of pickleball, the beach, the pool, and the hot tub. It was quiet on the property and on the beach. We had a super relaxing vacation here. We hope to return and highly recommend this place.
