Carpe Otium #1 - You will enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located duplex literally the next block from the heart of Railroad Square in New Port Richey. You are just steps from fantastic restaurants, shops, nightlife and the riverwalk. You will rest peacefully in this newly renovated apartment surrounded by grandfather oaks. Wonderful 1 bd, 1 bath with all the comforts of your home including state of the art technology locks and security. 2 tvs with wifi, netflix and prime.

We can easily be accessed through the AirBnb site, by text, or a phone call. Having problems with your door code upon check in, just ring the "Ring" doorbell, and we will grant you immediate access and reset your code. The property does have security cameras on the outside of the property (front driveway, entry ways, backyard, and alleyway) that does record and provide you with peace of mind.

By walking into the backyard through a secured gate (security camera) you can easily access an alleyway that will take you right to Jimmy's restaurant and the rest of downtown without having to walk on any of the roadways.

Property is located just a few blocks away from Riverwalk and a boat ramp.

This place was perfect in meeting our needs. We wanted a place close to the downtown so we could walk to breweries and dining options. We were not disappointed by its location. Ideal!! The space was perfect for two people. We booked last minute for an overnight stay however it certainly would be comfortable for a longer stay. Hostess was quick to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend.

Cute little getaway!

I stayed here while traveling for work and was so happy about the location - downtown New Port Richey, just off Main Street, right behind shops, restaurants, stores, and situated in a cute neighborhood! Everything I needed was close by. What really impressed me was the cleanliness of the place, I have never been more comfortable staying outside my own home. Will definitely be back and really appreciate the kindness received from the owners/manager. Thank you again!
