The property was very clean and organized with a list of everything that you could need and where to find it. We loved sitting out watching the view of the river and enjoying fishing. We love the comfort of the lawn furniture on the back patio, and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to others and hope to get to come back and stay again..

Absolutely the best equipped rental I've seen, in 35 years of renting vacation homes. Beds were good, everything is seemingly new. Loved kayaking to the preserve straight from the house. The floating dock is a plus and the kayak launch is the bomb! Owner and maintenance company very responsive. Nice quiet neighborhood.

In Town Get-Away!

This is a beautiful home with great amenities like the putting green, grill, and included kayaks!! It was such a wonderful stay. We live local and were having work done on our home, it was great to feel on vacation and still ne walking distance from home!

Family time

Property was great — well-stocked — had everything we needed. The kayaks were fun and sitting in the backyard was really relaxing. Location was great! Walking distance to town and all it offers.

Relaxing riverfront

Canal Front Relaxation

Clean, nicely decorated, had everything we needed to “live” there. Loved seeing all the wildlife, fish, manatees and Raccoons. We even enjoyed the putting green. Would rent again.

The pictures don’t do the house justice. It is very nice, well decorated and has everything you need to have fun or to cook. Great location, very quiet area. We will be back!

Nice house. While the home is 30 minutes from everything it was a 45 min drive to everywhere. House clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Not much to do in New Port Richey but the back yard was very tranquil and my son played golf for hours a day!

Relaxation in New Port Richey

We were looking for a vacation that would be relaxing for my husband, (who recently had a stroke), and our daughter's family. This house by the water, with the putting green and dock, provided us with an easily navigable property. We were able to fish off the dock, use the kayaks, practice our putting, and enjoy the well-maintained property. There is also a golf cart available, but we chose not to use it. This property is very clean, well-equipped and comfortable.

Like Home But Riverfront

Owners have done an exceptional job creating a welcoming environment. Almost anything a guest might need is provided, and a very good information guide with where to find provided items and general area information is available. Very well supplied kitchen including several small appliances, and tasteful decorating touches throughout the house. Nice outdoor area in back for eating or just watching the river flow. Downtown New Port Richey is an easy walk and has several restaurants and small shops, and there is a playground nearby. Although we didn't really make use of them, several "extras" including grill, kayaks, putting green, and golf cart for use on nearby streets (with liability waiver) were also available at the time of our rental.

Amazing home on the river.

Prior to check in the home owner called to inform me that there was an issue with the dock, and they were working hard to get it repaired to be used. It was fixed halfway through our stay. The home owner kept us updated on the arrival of the repair team. The kids loved fishing off of the deck. We utilized the two kayaks that were provided to include who got to use the launcher to land the kayak, and the family enjoyed a full day on the river. The kitchen has all of the amenities needed to cook indoors, to include an oven with an air fryer. The homeowner reached out multiple times to during our stay to check on us. They also answered a late night text (9pm) to assist with locating a plunger (not stored in a normal location). We will be looking for this great home to use in cooler months to enjoy being on the river longer.

Updated property - immaculate

The house is excellent - Tastefully re modeled, the owners have added a LOT of extra touches. I say this as I have looked after kissimmee rentals since 1998, and we tend to keep to the minimum. Kayaks/life vests, dry bag, all worked out great, we took the 2 kayaks out 3 times on the river, right from the dock up to Main Street and then enjoyed the park and ice cream ( 2 hr slow paddle in total). We enjoyed lunch sat outside on Main Street, bakery and pizza take out. We also ate at whiskey barrel restaurant over looking the water. We walked trails at Gray park, and the cottee river walk, some good shade for a change. The house is spacious, it was just my husband and I but we then did the school run for 2 days for kids 11 and 14 to stay two nights ( in a twin room and queen room) then a family day of 6 of us on Saturday with kayaks and an evening in. Smart TV with apps - Sunday was another family day playing cards - 6 of us around a lovely circular table - the house is very bright, modern lighting, and the kitchen very well equipped. Family size Crock pot . The patio has great patio furniture, 2 umbrellas for shade, and the putting green was a hit with my husband. I enjoyed reading under a shade palm - they have artificial grass that meant the yard was very usuable - no mess from trees, clean and no ants to deal with when sat enjoying the view of the river etc. We will be back - many thansk to Amber, Tim and Brandi ( close by person for any needs). The Thanksgiving Stay

Your place was very clean. We loved the fact that you supplied everything including extras like the table games, wine, excess amount of dishes and cookware. It was nice. But our favorite was the backyard. The putting green, cornhole and fishing was the BEST!!! We enjoyed your place!
