Drive to UNO, Tulane Uni, French Quarter and many medical facilities including the VA Hospital in less than ten minutes! Courtyard area for casual outdoor cookout. Perfect for students or medical professionals!

Each bedroom has a queen size bed, a full dresser, and its own window A/C unit!
There is also a couch hide-a-bed in the living room with a 55 inch smart tv!
