Check in was great but the home was not up to par. Broken furniture (sofa, dining chairs, master bed, and one of the guest beds) moldy guest bathroom, toilet in the guest bathroom was clogged the entire weekend (even after a maintenance visit). The master bed is deeply caved in and extremely uncomfortable. The A/C unit in the master bedroom is detached from the window so it’s just a big hole allowing insects to enter and room temperature to fluctuate.
