Perfect lakeside getaway weekend

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. The house has everything you will need. The boat dock is perfect. The locations was amazing and the neighbors we very nice. We stayed for 10 days and loved every minute of the stay. We will be back.

Oasis on the lake!

We came down to celebrate my husband's birthday and have a family vacation before deployment that was relaxing family time. This place was perfect! Nestled in a quiet valley off kentucky lake with private boat slip and dock. Very quiet, great fishing and very friendly lovals. Definitely recommend.boating,and friendly

I wanted a family boating trip. The house was in a good location and couple that with a boat slip and HOA private launch made it a great location for us to stay. The space was great, the yard is amazing and inside accommodated all of us perfectly. We only went into town 1X for groceries then hung out and boated up the down lake.

All the thoughtful touches....fuzzy throws, single use toiletries, laundry supplies, coffee and teas and a beautifully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed the house, the yard and the lake.

Family Vacation

Loved the house. Location was great. Still close enough to be able to run into Murray. The dock was amazing! It was so nice to be able to just walk down to the lake to hop in the boat. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck.

Wonderful clean house

We loved our stay at this house. The location was great. The dock was nice and it is probably the easiest walk to the lake we have ever had at a lake house. The house is adorable and very clean. The kitchen has everything you should need. We will be back!

The only downfall is that the televisions, in the bedrooms did not work

Great quiet, place nice and cozy. I would return to enjoy the place again. Hopefully they can extend the boat ramp on the property.

We really enjoyed this place. The shallow slope to the heater and the great dock were aspects we really loved. We used the grill and fire pit most days. The kitchen was so well equipped we did t use anything we brought other than a knife we like. Also they were really helpful in answering questions and taking generous with our requests. What a great stay

Everything went well. The only minor issue was the HOA giving us grief for using the neighborhood boat ramp, even though the book left by the owners says we can use it

Family fishing trip

House was very comfortable and well kept. Good neighborhood. Very peaceful and quiet . Would certainly stay again. Only negative was the dock area. Water and electricity were not turned on and the fish cleaning station hadn't been cleaned from last time it was used. Had a great week at the lake.

Beautiful property

My son and I spent 4 days at the property with the main goal being fishing for anything that would bite. Unfortunately, the lake was being reduced to winter levels at the time of our stay, so the depth at the fore of the deck was only about 1.5 ft. this madethe fishing mostly bobber on reds with returns of wide variety of shiners, baby stripers (hybrids?), baby large and small mouth bass and even a baby drum. However, the hose has on display a lovely set of navigation charts of the lake, which helped us identify really good spots of deeper water and then the Google maps did the rest. We were able to land several small mouth buffaloes (each over 20 Lbs), so we had a lovely time. The house is clean, well maintained, with all the amenities one may want (smart TV with the option to stream directly from your phone anything you'd like to watch, stable and strong dual channel Wi-Fi so if you need to do work remotely - perfect, opn wood fire pit, or the lazier option of chilling next to the gas-fired one). The area is beatiful with deer, armadillo, posum and skunks abundant in the natural habitat. Plenty of birds too! Absolutely beatiful!
