Fun awaits you at our super stylish apartment! Our lovely 2 bedroom is perfect for your small group. All furniture and appliances are brand new! Visit Summit Lake State Park to enjoy the beautiful outdoors, the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame, New Castle Motorsports Park, Westwood Golf Club, and so much more! We’re located about 1 hour 10 minutes from Downtown Indianapolis if you’d like to take a day trip into the city!

-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.-For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

New Castle 2 bedroom.
Unit was fine. Use space heaters due to cold whuch popped a circuit breaker at midnight. Called supporr who could not get to breakerbox until following day due to location in basement Also, only access was up16 stairs which were challenging for 73+ mobility challenged adults.

Not much to the space
Check in was easy and simple. Code for the door opened on one try. Outside porch light was not but just about burnt out when we arrived at 12:30am. Didn't expect a 2nd floor space. A lot of narrow stairs. Spider and spider webs not cleaned from the stairs prior to check in. No furniture in the bedrooms. Had a end table and bed in one. The one with two beds had a desk. Kept our stuff on the floor. Since no hangers for all our clothing. Living room furniture was uncomfortable and not able to relax or get comfortable in the 2 chairs. Looks like the space all around is still getting renovated. Exposed dryer vent, base boards missing through out. floor registers not covering the entire ducting, hood vent not installed or trimmed out neatly, bathroom needs finished. The space was able to accomplish what I needed for this trip but will not book next year at this place if available.

Enjoyable Stay
We stayed here because my son had a race at New Castle Motorsports Park. The check in process was so easy and it provided everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for us because it was only a 15 min drive to the track.

Not new in New Castle
The rusty crud coming out of the bathtub faucet was a BiG turnoff and made me question the entire water supply. This is a poorly renovated property in general and not representative of the cost.
