We stayed one night at the elite and have nothing but great things to say. The service at this place beats 5* hotels Just outstanding. We couldn't do balloon ride due to the weather condition and will definitely be back. One thing would say we booked Turkish night through the hotel again pick up and drop off service provided by the hotel was outstanding how ever there venue was very disappointing. The entertainment was average and the food was appalling! Could not get my self to eat the food had hummus and bread and that too got me I'll. Didn't wast your money go else where.
This was meat ball main course. Dog food probably tastes better then this. This was at the Turkish night restaurant part of the evening
Second option for the main course was chicken that could be smelt miles away and cried out loud I am old meat!

Cat Jumped in through the window

It was difficult to find parking. Luckily, we found some down the road and only walked a short distance. The room was really awesome to experience. But, really hot. Our heater wasn't on. So, while we were in the room we had the window open to bring cold air in and one of the friendly cats jumped in. As there aren't any window screens. We let him rest for awhile in our chair. He was a good boy. In the bottom corner of the shower there was black dirt/mold build up. And in the sink bowl, as well as the bottom stone on the wall which the shower door was attached to. It made the shower not smell well after 5 minutes of using it. I wish there was a bathroom fan or some kind of ventilation for it. Be sure to bring your own hand lotion and ear plugs, as they don't provide any. Breakfast was superb! Overall had a great experience. Thank you.

It was stunning stay, everything was more than perfect, helpful staff, I would recommend this hotel, if I have another chance to visit Göreme I would stay in this hotel again. Perfect location with amazing view.

The hotel is good, but the airport service is terrible, the shutter bus sent us to the wrong airport, and we miss our flight back to Istanbul

Good location, near to bus station and taxi, nice view on the terrace near to the Hill which people go to see balloon. The room are not really extremely clean but acceptable. The heater is not as enough to make you feel comfortable at sleep (in winter), the door has some voids makes the cold air comes inside the room easily. Nice breakfast amenities are great.

Awesome view with the hot air baloons

The hotel looks and feels welcoming and homey. Room & toilet are clean. Awesome hot air balloons view from the hotel rooms. The eating locations are great and is only 10 minutes away from the hotel. There is a neighbourhood spa & sauna nearby which is fantastic.

Great Location. Morning view is awesome.

waking up in this hotel was just plain awesome. greeted by a great view of hot air balloons all over goreme. breakfast tends to be the same everyday but they are good enough. some staff are quite having a hard time speaking english but they are happy to help as much as possible. rooms are huge and clean but the bathroom probably needs a bit of fixing. great experience in goreme!

It was a nice experience. The staff was really nice and helpful. The only bad part was the guy at night asked weird personal questions like what do you do, why are you a student, why don't you work, etc. He is mostly sleeping, and acts weird.

The Sarihan hotel was quite wonderful. We had a fantastic view of the amazing Cappadocian landscape from our room. The room itself was very comfortable, with a very nice bed, a number of comfy chairs, and even a jacuzzi bath in the bedroom. Staying in the cut-out stone made the room very cool, even on very hot days. It was a wonderful time. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. A great stay for a good price.
