The room was just OK — clean enough, but very basic. A kettle was available on request, but there was no bottled water as shown in the photos, and the lighting was quite dim. Most things in Göreme are fairly expensive, though Fatih Bakery and supermarkets like BIM and A101 offer more affordable options. The hotel’s location is its main strength: it’s close to Göreme centre and within walking distance of several sightseeing spots. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly. However, there’s a 10% surcharge for credit card payments that wasn’t clearly disclosed, so paying in cash is definitely the better option.

Mid October stay and no heat in the rooms at all. It was freezing outside at night and i was told that the heat was not turned on yet and others were upset too. I slept with all my layers on, double socks and still very chilly. There is construction material at the front entrance making it hard to find in the dark the first time. Bed, room, location are ok. No a/c if it is hot, only a fan.

Absolutely loved this place! Was like a little cottage in Switzerland. Great size room , cozy bed and hot shower. Owner arranged all my trips for me, gave me great restaurants to go to and was very helpful! It is within walking distance to the town and easy to find. Definitely recommend and if I return would stay again!

The manager was horrible, didnt listen to any request we had, requested for water said to drink tap, requested another fan for a room with no air conditioning and didnt comply, saying every room gets one, but there were loads of rooms empty. Made us pay an extra €58 because he said he needs to ‘block the room’ but the hotel was empty besides one other family. If i could review it lower than 1 i would.

Budget hotel with clean spacious rooms.

Hotel in quiet neighborhood, clean spacious room. Exactly resembles the pictures posted online. There is small garden in front of the rooms. Breakfast not included however we found local bakery just 5 minutes walk where one could get better breakfast then most hotels with budget price. Bakery name Fatih Unlu Mamulleri. Away from busy tourist area, better deal on food as well. Walking distance to Love Valley trail. And about same Walking distance to Göreme Open-Air Museum.

First class stay highly recommended

Stayed for one night but could have happliy stayed more nights, the owner is a legend and made us feel very welcome. The room was above and beyond for the price amazing value, nicely decorated extremely clean the bed was very comfortable nice crisp clean white sheets perfect.

The hotel is in a good position, not too centric(which makes it more affordable) nor far from the main attractions. The owner was very kind and helpful, and that boosts up a bit the rating , because the rest was a bit disappointing. First, we didn't get the room showed in the pics, but, I presume, a older room which was not entirely new. When we arrived we had no toiletries, and no towels, the room was dirty and super dusty, I had probably about 1 inch of dust under the side table, without talking about the carpets, there were about 3 carpets on the floor, one duestier than the other. Our bathroom's window was broken, which made the whole room very cold, especially in the evening. I mean, again, generally I put average because it's okay for budget stays, but the service has a lot to improve.

Good enough for the price

If you're on a tight budget, it will do the trick. The bed was comfortable enough and the room was clean enough (just don't look to closely at out of the way areas as there's a lot of dust). Some of the other guests were a little louder than I'd like a little later than I'd like but I only stayed one night so I can't say if that's a regular thing. It should be obvious, but this place has nothing to do with the Days Inn/Wyndham hotel chain.

This hotel made me feel bad. The owner Yavuz, was drinking all day long, and talking much. On the first day of my stay I 6 times asked to open the heating system, but as he was drunk and could not stay in a clear mind, he did not open it. and we freeze from the cold. Really bad experience.
