Good place to stay and reasonably priced.

Property has a lot of usable space and gentle elevation down to the lake with a lot of shade and privacy from neighboring lots. It is well thought out. The only thing I can think of to improve is to build a roof over the patio area to be able to have somewhere to hang out outside if it rains and for more shade there.

Slice of heaven

The property is beautiful and serene. We could sit on the patio and watch the boats go by and watch the fishermen, go for a walk or have a weiner roast by the fire pit. It was just what we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Deer Lake

I met the owner as I had some questions on a few things, he came right out and was very kind as he shared his cell in case we had any questions or issues. I love the Nevis, Park Rapids, Walker area but haven’t spent a lot time up there. I am changing that as everyone is kind and fun that you encounter. We brought our own bought with his permission and fished on Deer Lake. The place is nice, comfortable to sleep, firepit, swimming is good even off of dock but great in middle of lake, good fishing too! We practice CPR: catch, maybe a picture and release. I would rent again from them. If you have kids, and evenings are an issue and need to watch tv, etc. there is internet. Beautiful bathhouse with all the comforts of home! Thank you, Teresa

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Great property! Nice and spacious camper with a bonus having the bath house. Had all of the amenities that we needed. Loved the sandy beach and fire ring with endless supply of firewood. Our kids are already asking when we can return.
