Check in went very smoothly, we had a few minor issue in the first 2 days but Laurene from CAP SXM was veryhelpful. The interior of appartment was very nice, new appliances, very clean. The outside of the whole complex was very run down, the entrance to the condo's was very rough. You need a car to get around, French is the main language spoken which is odd when you go to the Dutch side of the island English is spoken every where. No beach's within a easy walk, the pools were however very nice and the on site restaurant (Mi Ti) was very good and had a friendly staff. We had a car, parking was an issue at the condo, if you left the condo to go to supper at night you had to get very luck to find a parking spot when you got back. Parking issue was because the facility is not really a resort but a district where locals now live with their one or two cars. During the day there are all sorts of parking but when work ends the lot fills up. Our 6 week visit was ok but would we come back probably not.
