The whole condo is available for guests, along with access to the pools and the lagoon beach (though swimming is not allowed).

Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water production issues leading to occasional water cuts. To mitigate any inconvenience, we have installed a water tank to ensure a water supply during these interruptions. it may be power outages too. It's island life ! We can't accept any refund about these kind of troubles.

The living space features a spacious lounge with a fully equipped kitchen open to the living area, separated by a counter where you can enjoy your aperitif in a convivial atmosphere. The sofa is convertible with a "daily sleeping" mattress measuring 160*200, accommodating 2 people. The dining area accommodates up to 6 people facing the corner bay window that opens completely, giving you the feeling of being outdoors, directly on the beach. A TV with Chromecast allows you to access your favorite programs. A water tank is also available to assist in case of water cuts, common in island living. The bedroom provides a peaceful retreat, with its very large bed measuring 200*200, a dresser, a closet for your belongings, and a safe. The bathroom includes a large shower and 2 sinks. The toilet is separate. A laundry corner is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Pina Colada is located within the secure Flamboyant residence, inviting you to enjoy two beautiful pools facing the lagoon, providing the opportunity to refresh at any time of the day. You can park your vehicle in front of the building. Linen is provided free of charge (towels, beach foutas, and sheets). For your well being, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and free WiFi.
