Zen view

Excellent location - just off commercial centre so a bit quieter than actual centre. But very close - short walk to beach and to Atzmaut Square. The view made it for us - perfect place to read and relax through the heat of the day. Some wear and tear on furnishings but comfortable, clean, and pleasing decor. Would definitely book there again.

we had a great time the apartment was in 15 floor with an unbelievable view right in the center of the most beautiful board walk and walking distance to the center an excellent restaurant in the building and a large grocery right out side room to park your car in the front with a 24 hours security personnel in the lobby very fast respond from the owner definitely a 5 star thanks

Романтическое место.

Романтичное место с видом на океан. Вид очень крутой. Снизу есть магаз. Телек с ютубом и русскими каналами. Есть плита, холодильник, микроволновка, стиралка, душ хороший. Из минусов я подметил сентетическое постельное белье, не хватает палочки в душе для мыльных пренодлежностей и запах в душе.

Vista meravigliosa, le fotografie corrispondono esattamente a l'appartamento, unico neo è che quando si arriva presso questo edificio non c'è scritto da nessuna parte Royal studio on the sea e il Portiere non sa nulla, quindi prima di arrivare comunicate l'orario di check in in modo tale che ci sia qualcuno ad accogleirvi. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.

Studio très fonctionnel confortable ,moderne et propre avec une vue spectaculaire sur toute la plage en bordure de falaises et la ville avec ses gratte-ciel ! Bientôt une piscine face mer en construction ! Un seul commerce de proximité, pas de restaurants ni café proche, et l'accès aux plages a pas moins de 30 mn de marche !
