In Nerja, on the Costa del Sol, the luxurious villa Salida Del Sol is conveniently located close to the beach and offers panoramic views towards the sea and the mountains.
The bright 200m2 villa consists of a living/dining room with a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. All bedrooms have USB sockets on each side of the beds. The Master Bedroom has a bathtub/shower, Bedroom 2 has a walk-in shower and the twin bedroom has a shower. Bathroom 4 in the basement has a bathtub/shower.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls (600mb throughout), air conditioning, a washing machine, 2 TVs as well as children's books and toys. Both televisions are provided with free Netflix and Disney Plus accounts. There is a Nintendo game emulator with 100's of games preloaded in the Lounge. In addition, an X-Box game emulator with one controller is available in the basement.
A baby cot and a high chair are also provided.
Your private outdoor area includes a heated pool, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The covered terrace is furnished with a large dining table and chairs; the open terrace features comfortable loungers and the balcony is furnished with a table and chairs. Furthermore, there is another table with chairs and a lounge area next to the pool.
