The villa includes a fully equipped, recently renovated high-end kitchen and an updated bathroom, along with bright and spacious interiors designed for relaxation. The open-plan living and dining area features seating for six, a comfortable sofa, and a smart TV with streaming services. Large sliding doors provide natural light and offer panoramic views from nearly every room, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.
Outside, a southeast-facing terrace with a private 4.5 x 4.5 m swimming pool provides a sun-filled space for outdoor living.
