Tuhillo L2 in Nerja is situated in a privileged place in Nerja, at the beginning of the Burriana beach and at the end of the street Calle Carabeo (one of the prettiest in the city). Only a 5 minute walk from the Balcon de Europa (city center) and just 50 meters from the Carabeillo beach and further 50 meters to Burriana beach. The apartment is at the edge of a cliff looking into the sea. The views from the terrace/balcony are stunning.

The apartment is located on the second floor, accessed via stairs and accommodates 6 people in three bedrooms, one family bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The accommodation comprises a modern kitchen and south facing lounge / dining room with sliding doors to a private terrace with garden table and chairs overlooking the communal pool, landscaped garden and the sea. The added benefit are the sliding windows, installed on the outside of the balcony, enabling holiday makers to sit outside even during windy / rainy days. WIFI is included in the rental price. Air Con in every room.

We (a family of six, ages ranging from 17 to 79) just returned from a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Nerja.First of all, the communication with the host was outstanding – replies came within minutes, always helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is clean, modern, bright, and equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen. The beds are very comfortable, and the highlight is of course the terrace with its stunning, close-up ocean view. Another big plus is the excellent air conditioning, which kept the apartment pleasantly cool at all times.The location is excellent: no steep hills to climb to reach the town center or the beach (though the way back from the sea does include a few steps). The pool area is exactly what you would hope for – clean, well-maintained, offering both sun and shade, and with plenty of space for all guests (at least in September when we visited).The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and easy, making the whole experience stress-free.In summary: This apartment exceeded our expectations in every way – a perfect combination of comfort, location, and hospitality. We would love to return and can warmly recommend it to others.

Lovely apartment, perfect location!

Our second stay at this lovely apartment! Six friends, early sixties. The apartment looks straight out to the ocean ( look out for the dolphins:) smart furnishings and well equipped. The pool is a great bonus, especially if you like a swim to start your day! The apartment is located at the end of the Carabeo, a very pretty, level, short stroll into the beautiful old town. It is also directly above the beach, so you can be down swimming in the sea in five minutes:)The host, on both occasions has been very helpful.Thanks again Marie, we hope to return again next year!

5* stay in Nerja

We stayed at the apartment in the last week of May and had fantastic weather for the week. The apartment is as good if not better than it looks online. It was spotless when we arrived and the cleaner does a fantastic job. The apartment is big and fitted 5 adults (3 grown up children) easily. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the warm temperature and relaxing. The walk down to the beach is steep but only takes 5 minutes and we went down there every day. That particular spot on the beach looks the best in Nerja and the location is also great for all the restaurants. Try the Pizzeria looking out at the Balcon as we enjoyed that one the most!

Gorgeous Spot

The apartment was really spacious, tastefully decorated and located in a super area within walking distance of lots of beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. The view from the balcony was beautiful and, as mentioned in other reviews, Marie was very quick to respond to any questions and really helpful. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return!

Amazing Spot to Be!

We had a great stay. The apartment is in an ideal location in a quiet section of town, but also near two beaches and just a 5-10 minute walk to the center of town where there are lots of restaurants and shops; it has a spectacular ocean view (!), the terrace is a great place to be, hard to top; the apartment itself is modern and clean, our family of four fit comfortably (though the ac turned off after a few hours, which let things get a little warm overnight, a nice enviro-friendly function nonetheless — or perhaps we just didn’t figure out the proper way to work the ac!); the pool is accessed through a separate entrance to the condo complex a few doors down, but easy to navigate and great for the hot days! We spent lots of time there, the kids loved it. Thanks for posting and hosting, Marie — a wonderful spot!

Lovely apartment, great location!

My husband and I along with four friends (two other couples) have just returned from a really fab week in Nerja. One of the highlights for us all was the lovely apartment we were renting. It was in the most perfect location, just above the beach and only a short walk to the center of the old town along the charming Carrebeio. ( hopefully I’ve spelled that correctly:) The apartment was very tastefully decorated, very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and the layout gave us all a sense of space and privacy. The veranda looked directly out onto the gardens and the pool and beyond that to the sea. Perfect for watching the sunset. The pool was very clean and the gardens well maintained. Our host Marie was very accommodating and on the couple of occasions we needed to contact her, she was quick to respond and assist us. In short, we loved it and all hope to return next year!

The BEST!!!

It does not get better than this! My husband and I and our two boys, ages 8 and 10, stayed here for a week. The location is absolutely perfect! We were close to everything - tons of cafés and restaurants, the beach, and shops. There was even a little coffee vending machine right outside our door as well as a wonderful cafe right across the street. The view from the apartment is stunning and the kids had fun swimming in the pool. We 100 hundred percent recommend this place!

Fantastic Vacation

I have been visiting Nerja for over 20 years, often 2 to 3 tines a year. This has been by far the best accommodation we have booked. Clean, spacious, great location, kitchen with loads of everything! And what a view from the large balcony. The bedroom areas and bathrooms have very recently been refurbished to a fantastic contemporary standard, the remainder I am sure will get done soon . The apt is situated in what we think is the best part on Nerja. Book it now!!!

Lovely apartment with spectacular views

We had a lovely stay here! The apartment is very nice and the fully folding door to the balcony Liz so well done. - inside living outside. The view I just spectacular and the pool really nice. We had a slight problem with the internet but Marie is super responsive and had it fixed in no time at all. The location is also outstanding for convenience and a few minutes walk to the centre. A well appointed comfortable apartment in an excellent position in Nerja

The view from the enclosed balcony which can be opened up to allow full frontal sun and air is spectacular, sea, well kept garden and pool. The apartment is within easy walking distance of beaches and all facilities in the town. A car is not really necessary unless you want to explore further afield.Good bus connection to Malaga with its main line station and trains to the airport as well as connections to Granada and Frigiliana. The apartment has strong WiFi and a comprehensive list of television channels covering several European languages including English and Spanish. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner Marie is very helpful. Altogether an excellent place to stay.

Clean and comfortable with stunning sea views

I have just returned from 2 weeks (August) at this apartment with my husband and 2 children (11 and 13) and couldn’t recommend it enough. The apartment was so comfortable we immediately felt at home..The balcony was huge and overlooked the extremely well-maintained garden and pool area and the expansive sea views beyond were breathtaking. Despite it being mid-August there were plenty of sun loungers to go around. All the bedrooms had air conditioning but the rooms kept cool so that we found that the ceiling fans were enough. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and there were already some condiments, oil, herbs etc. We probably ate at the apartment more than we intended because the facilities were so great! The location was incredible, close to beaches (very busy in August), bars, restaurants, mini-markets, bakery etc. Just a short stroll along a shady, pedestrianised street to central Nerja wihich has a vast array of different restaurants and cuisine to choose from. A visit to the caves and the village of Frigiliana is a must! We would love to stay here again some time.

We had a few issues initially with the air con, but Marie, who was our contact was fabulous, she got the AC sorted out very quickly. Nothing was to much trouble for her, she replied to all emails within a few minutes. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk into the beautiful town. 10 -15 minute walk to Burriana beach, and 5 minute walk to Carabeo Beach. Will definitely return to Nerja!!!

Perfect holiday at this property and location

The property was perfect for our needs. 6 people, 3 adults and 4 teenagers, 13,16,17. The apartment was very spacious and the balcony fantastic, a great asset its is in the hsade and we enjoyed our breakfast and lunch there every day. In the evening we ate out at the many restaurants for choice int he town of Nerja. The teens loved the pool and views across the seafront were breathtaking. The kitchen was fully serviced, the washing machine came in very handy washing the beach towels and shower towels which dried overnight on the clothes line at the window. Burriana beach is beautiful, we spent a couple of days there but also really enjoyed a few days on the smaller more intimate Carabeo beach nearer the town down steps. This beach was a haven, beautiful back drop, a life guard and rocks/caves where the teens went exploring. The beds in the apartment were very comfortable The wifi essential with teenagers. The owner was very kind on our last day, a sunday as there was no cleaners that day there was no rush to leave the apartment and we used the pool in the am and had showers before we went for our flight, and it made our last day more enjoyable. We stocked our fridge with a trip to Lidl on the first day only 10 minutes approx in a taxi, well worth the trip. There is also a small supermarket nearby to get supplies, bread milk fruit etc. I would highly recommend this property and we are planning to return next year.
