Summary: An outstanding 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with fabulous sea views. Communal swimming pool. Excellent central location only a couple of minutes walk from the beach.
The Space: The apartment is centrally located near to the Parador in Nerja Town Centre and close to Burriana Beach. The old town centre of Nerja is approximately a 5 minute walk. All of these popular quarters offer an abundant selection of bars, restaurants and shops to choose from. You have a good choice of beaches, Burriana Beach for those seeking plenty of activity or Playa Carabeo for a more relaxing atmosphere.

The Neighborhood: Nerja with its narrow winding streets and beautiful sandy beaches is rightly regarded as the “Jewel of the Costa del Sol”. Unlike some other towns on the Costa del Sol, Nerja has preserved its charm and character, but still has all the modern amenities holiday makers are looking for including a great choice of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
Nerja boasts some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. Arguably the most popular is the long, sandy Burriana Beach which offers an array of water sports including sea kayaking, scuba diving and paddle boarding.
There is so much more to do in Nerja besides relaxing on the beach including: - The Nerja Caves – one of the top tourist attractions in Spain - Balcon de Europa – the focal point of Nerja for residents and tourists alike - Frigiliana – traditional white-washed village just 10 minutes drive from Nerja
Getting Around: The Mediterranean paradise of Nerja is only a 45 minute drive from Malaga Airport.
CAR HIRE: It is relatively straightforward to hire a car from Malaga Airport or Nerja itself.
BUS SERVICE: There is a well-established bus service which operates a route around Nerja as well as services to the Nerja Caves, Frigiliana, Punta Lara, Torrox, Almunecar, Malaga and Seville.
TAXI: There are several taxi ranks in the town centre and all the taxis operate off of a meter for short journeys
AIRPORT TRANSFERS: There is a bus from Malaga Airport to Nerja via the central bus station in Malaga. A private taxi transfer from the airport can be booked with us for 80 euros one way for up to 4 people or 115€ for a minibus.

Wonderful views and situation
Very comfortable apartment and well equipped, with a good pool. The property was well maintained with an excellent and helpful caretaker.
Clear instructions on arrival. We hope to return.
Super mais plus pour un couple et un enfant plutôt car deuxième chambre aucun rangement et même au point de vue lit il serait préférable d'avoir un canapé lit et une petite armoire de rangement. Pour nous très bien car nous sommes que deux mais l'annonce dit 2 chambres donc on pense aussi à des rangement dans les deux au moins une petite armoire dans la deuxième C'est la deuxième fois que nous avons cet appartement on pense le relouer car Super emplacement et bon aménagement(sauf deuxième chambre) très bonne propreté des communs et très agréable concierge Cordialement Mme et M.Carrendier

Bon emplacement parking dans l'annonce mais premier arrivé premier servis
Séjour agréable situation très bonne
Le parking si tu pars te promener en voiture pas sur de retrouver une place premier arriver premier servi ce qui fais qu'on veut louer cet appartement c'est justement qu'il y a un parking
Nous connaissons Nerja cela fait 15 ans que nous venons toujours à cette période
La chose qui m'a le plus déçu c'est le Wi-Fi constamment en train de ce coupé et mauvais débit
Le Wi-Fi sert peut être a plusieurs appartements cest la première fois qu'on a une assi mauvaise connexion
Sinon Séjour très agréable nous ne feront pas une mauvaise publicité et pensons revenir

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung in guter Lage, 2 min zum Strand, 10 min zur Stadt. Alles vorhanden, gute Betten. Leider nur englische TV-Sender.
