Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment situated in the well maintained, quiet urbanisation of Señorio de Capistrano, located just above the well known Capistrano village.



The apartment is on the first floor of a small block of apartments, above the garden and swimming pool, and is built and furnished to a very high standard. It has amazing views of the coast and is part of a small urbanization which has its own tropical gardens and pretty communal pool.



The apartment is built on one level and comprises of the following; an entrance hall that leads on to a spacious and beautifully furnished lounge with patio doors leading on to a large south-east facing terrace with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining, and sun loungers for relaxing. From here there are amazing views of the sea, the mountains and the coast of Nerja. The kitchen is separate from the lounge and is fully fitted with modern units, dishwasher, electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee-maker. There are two bedrooms, the main bedroom with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There are 2 complete bathrooms (one en suite), and both have baths with overhead showers. There is hot and cold air-conditioning throughout the apartment, free wifi and a reserved parking space (number 1) in the underground garage.
