The Space:

This property has just been updated, It has 3 bedrooms 2 baths , Primary walk in Shower,other tubs/shower combo, split floor plan. Cozy electric fireplace in the livingroom to enjoy while watching you favorite show on smart tv, wifi available .You will find an extra mud room/ anything room with electric fireplace and a Weber grill. Please move it outside before lighting! This manufactured home sits on 80 acres of beautiful wooded ridge with natural grass down front , there is a pond in the pasture. Please don't go up on the hill it's very steep. Watch the deer and turkeys right from the windows or enjoy them from the front deck. The deer come out late in the afternoons, and come back up to the woods early morning they are so fun to watch. Come enjoy the peace and quiet of this little gem.



Guest Access:

You may use the whole manufactured home and the mud room area, around the house only and the shelter that is open to put thing under out of the weather, Cant park under it. Please don't go out in the pasture or up in the woods . That is leased and used by another party.



The Neighborhood:

This is on a quite country dirt road , there are neighbors that oversee the house to the south , they have a friendly Black Lab that loves people and a horse. You will also see lots of deer and turkeys roaming around they are fun to watch.



Other Things to Note:

We have rules we ask you to abide by, there will be no Illegal activity will be permitted , with will immediately require you to leave.



We welcome your pet, we ask you to kennel them when you are not with them or put them in the mud room. Please don't let them on the beds or furniture.



Please don't move the furniture it scratches the floors .



Take the grill outside away from the house to cook

Stayed a month while house hunting. Our stay was relaxing and quiet. Located on acreage but only a 4 minute drive to Neodesha. Inside was spacious and we had no problem cooking our Christmas dinner. There is a large mud room which was great to store some moving items in a secure area. Our dog liked chasing her frisbee down the long yard. Would make a great hunting camp.Great communication with host, very accommodating and friendly. Would stay here again!

Stayed here a month while closing on our house. Plenty of space inside and well stocked with the necessities. We had 2 vehicles loaded with moving items and there was a nice very large mud room to store the items. Property is rural, on a quiet road and a quick trip to Neodesha. Our dog loved playing fetch outside. Communication with the host was always quick and helpful. Would stay here again and would be a great hunting camp!
