Overall disappointing

In my opinion, this hotel was very over-rated. When you walk in, the staff are lovely and welcoming with fantastic English but the bar is in the reception with the only public seating for the hotel also in both bar/reception area. People sit and stare as you are checking in. The room was nice and clean but the heating and aircon didn’t work, the WiFi didn’t connect and the tv couldn’t connect to any services such as Netflix We were only one of 3 tables eating in the restaurant and the food was lovely but far overpriced for what it was. Again the service in the restaurant was great, very attentive-almost too much. I think overall the atmosphere was the big let down in the hotel overall and the restaurant. To Note, the pool is €62.50 pp for a couple of hours, this doesn’t include any treatment and must be booked in advanced-they said we should have received an email with this pointed out to us but we never got anything-unless you are going for the spa-there is very little else to do with no hang out areas to read a book etc

Two problems for us. First it advertises it has a gym - on arrival they told us it had been taken down. Second you cant use the spa unless you pay 62 euros each for either a morning or afternoon session.

Thought this was a spa-“Relax Hotel” as the tag implies. Use of pool, spa facilities cost extra and they are rigid about times when you can purchase usage. Water was extra cost, worst meat we’ve had in Italy ( though we were comped one meal) and the air conditioning kept us up all night malfunctioning with noise turning on and off.

Nice but overpriced for what you get.

This is a very nice property, but be aware that the spa is not included in the price that you pay for the hotel. The spa is the only reason we stayed at this hotel, so that was a bit disappointing, especially when they charge 50 euro per person for spa access and you can only go within very specific three hour time slots. Bottom line, knowing what I know now, I would have saved some money and stayed somewhere else. Nice place though.

Everything was perfect if you want a romantic place to relax. Staff was great, service high class. Rooms are cosy, food is great and location of the hotel is exceptional. We will be back in December, i really want to see this place in winter time!

Wir waren 4 NĂ€chte im Hotel und haben uns unglaublich wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und angenehm klimatisiert. Es gibt genĂŒgend kostenlose ParkplĂ€tze am Hotel, was angenehm ist. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war vielfĂ€ltig und reichhaltig. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Den Spa Bereich haben wir sehr intensiv genutzt. Alles ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist kompetent und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Servicen frÄn personalen var vÀldigt varierad. Ofta var man sjÀlv tvungen att frÄga om saker som borde förklaras automatiskt av personalen. Vi upplevde ocksÄ att italienare fick bÀttre service och mer förklaringar Àn oss som kom frÄn annat land. Fick ingen hjÀlp med vin till middagen trots att vi bad om det. Vi skulle Àta helt olika rÀtter men fick ÀndÄ samma vin rekordmenderat utan att dom ville förklara varför. MÄnga pratade sÄ snabbt med stark brytning att det var svÄrt att förstÄ vad dom sa. Insekter pÄ flera stÀllen, bla i spadelen. PÄ hemsidan lÄter det som att dom har en stor buffefrukost av hög kvalité, men mÄnga saker var man tvungen att bestÀlla och betala extra för. Ingen ljudisolering till rummet, man hörde allt vad andra pratade om i korridoren.

Nous sommes venus pour la deuxiÚme année consécutive et cet établissement est toujours agréable. Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Le gros plus est la partie Spa et piscine qui offre un vrai moment de détente. Le petit déjeuner est également de qualité
