Due to flight disruptions we arrived late and had to leave early the next morning so we didn’t get to use most of the facilities. Staff were very helpful with us arriving late and the room was very well appointed. The only negative for us was that it was fully booked when we tried to stay the next time. I would stay here again.

Tide Hotels knows how to do hospitality! Right from when I arrived I was welcomed as if I had been a guest many times before. Room service and restaurant service was friendly, meals were of good portion size and tasty. The room is well appointed with a comfortable bed and deck overlooking the river (if you choose this option). Shower has good water pressure and the bath salts provided are really nice. Would 10/10 stay again

The room pictures on Expedia showed nice views of the river front. What we got was a room next to the parking lot. There were cars parked right in front of the room. And there was a miserable table with 2 chairs in front of the rooms next to the cars. I feel there was a lot of mis-representation going on. I couldn’t sleep at night because there were people sitting in front of the room late into the night chit chatting and laughing. We could hear every word. Also, the same for the room next door. We could follow their conversation happily. Never again. Terrible room, terrible hotel. If they try to give you a room that is 40, 41 or 42, say no.
