The second storey of this fresh and vibrant holiday townhouse oozes with luxury furnishings, wall mounted Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, and comforts such as ducted air-conditioning. There is also a separate dining area and fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, lovely stone benchtops, dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer and Aldi coffee pod machine. Opening out from the dining area is the undercover alfresco with a dining table and chairs, lounge area, ceiling fan, sink, gas BBQ and a fully fenced private rear backyard with synthetic grass for the children to play.
The other three bedrooms are located on the third level, they all have ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans. The main bedroom also has a Smart TV, Walk in Robe, private balcony and private ensuite fitted with a shower, toilet, and vanity. In addition to the ensuite there is a family bathroom on this level with a corner bath, shower, toilet, and vanity. A powder room with toilet and vanity is located downstairs along with the internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer.
