Lifts are needed
The property was lovely but there was no mention of there being no lift in the building. My 81 year old mother struggled with the stairs and this impacted our stay. I was then left to bring all luggage in by myself as a 61 year old woman. Just a shame this is not clearly noted. Raine & Horne gave extra time for checkout to allow me numerous trips and to assist my mother. This was appreciated greatly.
