This 2 bedroom villa has recently had a new kitchen installed and is fully equipped to meet all your holiday needs. There is a beautiful enclosed sunroom that is great to relax and curl up with a book, relax in the enclosed courtyard or walk down to little beach where you willl find a safe child friendly swimming area, kids play area, boat ramp, fish & chip takeaway shop and Little Beach Marina which has a very nice restaurant.
Conveniently located only a short stroll to Diggers Club and public transport.

House nice but real estate not so much
The house was nice and big enough for all four of us. Location was great, short walk to beach and boat ramp. By bike you could reach lots of destinations such as shops, restaurants and beaches. The process to rent this place was not so pleasant. At first the realestate system didn't work, then we agreed on the phone on a weekly rate even though we were staying 6 nights but that was declined when the system was back on. Check in was supposed to be earlier but again once at the check in location declined. No friendly words or any nice manners at key drop off either nor at the beginning. It's a shame that this nice property is managed by such incompetent agengy.

Very nice little place. Only it really need aircon ,dryer and a good pet control to many ants
The house is small but confortable only it gets to hot at night. The shower was excellent oh and neither the shower or toilet have lock, but overall is quiet comfortable and close to the club
