This is a Townsville Lighthouse Apartments and Homes property. Our aim is to provide a 5-star experience for our guests.
The Space:
It’s hard to do justice to this spacious house in words. Imagine sipping your morning coffee alongside chatty Kookaburras and a lively bird orchestra.
The house has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a sprawling open-concept setup for living, dining, and cooking up a storm. Ideal for epic group getaways or a fancy business trip. Just a heads-up, we do not permit parties and events at our properties.
Guests will be struck by the charm of the light-filled airy house.
Four cozy bedrooms await, three flaunting queen beds while one gets fancy with a bunk bed, all sharing two bathrooms.
All the rooms have split air conditioning systems, One bathroom flaunts a luxurious walk-in shower, while the other boasts a shower over a bath for some splashy fun!
Sunlight spills through the doors and windows, illuminating dining and living spaces. The expansive backyard beckons you to unwind and soak in the beauty of nature. Picture yourself enjoying leisurely meals under the open sky, enjoying the gentle breeze. This outdoor sanctuary is a perfect retreat for both solitude and gatherings with loved ones. So go ahead, bask in the tranquility of this outdoor haven and create unforgettable memories in this natural paradise.
This house does NOT have a pool. Dive into the refreshing waters of Picnic Bay or Arcadia beaches for a splash-tastic time!
For the active traveller, embark on a breathtaking stroll in the national park or by the seaside. One thing's for sure - boredom doesn't stand a chance!
Guest Access:
The whole house and surrounds are your to enjoy while you stay here.
The gardener and maintenance contractors will attend and maintain external areas.
As part of check-in we require photos of photo ID and Credit cards. These are destroyed as part of our post-check out process.
Self check is preferred.

Nelly Bay is the place to start your exploration of the island with bus depots, car rentals and facilities all within a 5 minutes of the Ferry Terminal.
Nelly Bay offers some amazing restaurants and cafes.
There’s a large stretch of quiet, uninterrupted beach just south of the house. Alternatively spend some time snorkelling over the reefs at high tide, with wading only possible at low tide. There’s a large stretch of quiet, uninterrupted beach just south of the Ferry Terminal.
Getting Around:
This house is walking distance to the ferry terminal. From here you can explore the island using some of the wonderful walking trails, by bus or using your car. Scooters are also available at Nelly Bay.
Other Things to Note:
We love hosting and showing our guests the best properties Townsville has on offer. With this, comes an expectation that our guests will look after our homes so that they are always beautifully presented for our guests.
We will host pets, however pre-approval from the host and/or body corporate is required.
All our properties are non-smoking, smokers are welcome to smoke in external areas. Additional charges will apply if our cleaners need to clean up.
