Additional fees & requirements:
-Guests also have the option to access the Lake Arrowhead Community Center and pool for $5 per person, per day—a great way to enjoy extra amenities during your stay.
-Guests are required to sign our rental agreement and the booker must upload their valid ID. We also do require a $500 security deposit hold.
-We do offer early check-in and late check-out if available. The fee is $30 for each of those.
-Additional guest fee- $10/night per guest above 4.
-Hot Tub fees- There is a $100 fee for extra cleaning if EXTRA cleaning is required after your stay.
-If guests want to use the community pool, the cost is $5/per/day.
