Description of our apartment Alvensholz:
Our house is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac next to a meadow and a small forest. The Great Lake Plön is just a few minutes' walk away.
The top floor, in which the apartment is located, has 3 bedrooms, 1 large kitchen with balcony (SW orientation), 1 bathroom and 1 small utility room.
The apartment was extensively renovated in early 2018 and offers smart home in the living room.
A large kettle grill (charcoal) is available on the balcony.
The bathing place in Godau (bathing jetty) invites you to swim. The water quality is checked regularly and is excellent.
The next shopping opportunities are in Dersau (campsite for small purchases and bread rolls), Ascheberg (Aldi, Edeka, baker, butcher), Plön (various) and Bornhöved (various).

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in zwar abgelegener aber dafür wunderschön ruhiger und idyllischer Lage. Nahe zum See, Rehe im Garten gesehen, den Kuckuk gehört, alles in allem sehr Erholsam und nur zu empfehlen!

Rundum schöne Unterkunft in der Natur

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen, man schaut auf den See, Wiesen und Bäumen. Vom Schlafzimmer aus kann man den Sonnenaufgang sehen, herrlich. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und modern, das Bett super bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ruheinsel mitten in der Natur

Sehr ruhiger Aufenthalt in einer etwas abgelegenen Ecke mitten im Grünen. See und Badestelle liegen etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und angemessene Verbindung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr in Ascheberg, ca. 9 Kilometer entfernt. Man kommt nicht ganz ohne Auto aus. Der Ort eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, wenn die Gegend auch gelegentliche kurze Steigungen bereithält. Auch das Naturerleben spielt eine große Rolle, es gibt WIldtiere zu sehen und zu hören. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir Bunt- und Grünspechte beobachten. Da ein starkes Fernglas zur Ausstattung des Hauses gehört, schien das kein Einzelfall zu sein. Das Objekt ist sehr großzügig und war in unserem Fall mit drei Personen nicht annährend ausgefüllt. Es dauerte, bis man sich nicht mehr verlief... Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich. Alles eventuell benötigte fand sich. Die Küche ist funktionell und im Nebenraum fand sich ein zweiter Kühlschrank und ein Gefrierschrank. Die Wohnung ist nicht barrierefrei, der Zugang erfolgt über eine steile Innentreppe.

Ruhe pur

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden, jedoch ist man mit dem Auto sehr schnell zum Einkaufen und in der Plöner City. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Es gibt vieles zu erkunden und der Plöner See ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich kann diese Wohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Apartment in schöner Lage mit besonderen Features

Wir waren zu fünft im Apartment und haben die Zeit am Plöner See sehr genossen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Möglichkeit selber grillen zu können. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Wohnung hat eine tolle Ausstattung.

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Ein gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man braucht. Zimmer sind groß und gut eingerichtet. Badezimmer ist ebenfalls top. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit ist gut.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub in absoluter Stille der Natur

Schöne große saubere, und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, und hochwertig verarbeitete Materialien. Sehr schön gelegen am Ende einer Sackgasse, eingebettet von Wiesen und Bäumen. Abends und Nachts erholsame Stille, wenn man aufm dem großen Balkon sitzt. Eine Top Wohnung , mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis .

Geräumige gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines freistehenden Hauses, das ansonsten leer steht und gerade renoviert wird. Leider lagen auf dem Grundstück mehrere Bauschutthaufen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes fanden In den unteren Bereichen des Hauses umfangreiche Renovierungsarbeiten statt. Die Vermieter haben die Kommunikation dazu sehr knapp gehalten, jedoch die Handwerker beauftragt möglichst wenig Störungen zu verursachen. Wenn die Arbeiten abgeschlossen sind und das Grundstück aufgeräumt und hergerichtet ist, dann kann das Ganze ein wirklich schöner Ort zum Entspannen sein. Man sollte die eigene Versorgung mit Lebensmitteln gut planen, da die nächste Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen nicht fussläufig ist. Den Spaziergang am Seeufer haben wir nicht gefunden. Dafür aber viele schöne Waldwege. Wir haben uns gut erholen können.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Naturlage

Schon die Anfahrt durch die "Allee" auf den letzten Kilometern ist toll. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet - es fehlt an nichts. Vom Haus aus ist schon eine sehr schöne Wanderung entlang des Seeufers möglich. In guter Erreichbarkeit liegt Plön (20 Fahrminuten) mit schönen Wander- und anderen Möglichkeiten. Wir haben einige sehr schöne Tage verlebt.

Schwer zu beschreiben

Das Haus ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der verschmutzte Hauseingang (Treppe und Flur) laden nicht ein. Die Fewo unterm Dach war sehr schön, es hätte sauberer sein können (Schlafzimmer staubig, Küche Geschirr schmutzig, Balkon hätte auch mal gewischt werden können, Waschbecken im Bad am Abfluss verschmutzt, das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab, weil der Abfluss zugesetzt war, ....) Nachtischlampen in dem einem Zimmer waren ohne Steckdosen, wir haben dann das andere Zimmer mit Steckdosenschluss für die Lampen genutzt. Auf dem Balkon stehen sehr einfache Holzstühle. Es fehlen ein paar Stühle zum gemütlich draußen sitzen. Es liegt sehr abseits, dafür ist die Ruhe perfekt.

Tolle Wohnung

Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Man wohnt sehr idyllisch neben wenigen anderen Häusern, die man aber kaum wahrnimmt. Sonst gucktman mitten ins Grüne. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, mit Kindern kann man viel entdecken und Unternehmen!

Das grüne Paradies

Sehr schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Mit viel technischem Schnickschnack versehen. Aber wieso meldet " mein" Fernseher, dass sich eine fremde Person bei YouTube eingeloggt hat? Wer spioniert noch? Alexa? Ansonsten sollte die Anfahrt unbedingt mit eigenem Auto erfolgen. Oder man bringt sich sämtliche Lebensmittel mit. Ansonsten viel Spaß beim Erkunden der Gegend. Radtouren machen wirklich Spaß. Eine persönliche Einweisung durch jemanden wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Unterm Strich war es aber sehr schön.
