I booked this room last minute because of a bad snowstorm. I needed an accessible room with a roll in shower. The bathroom situation worked great for me. There were toiletries supplied in big bottles on the wall of thw shower but the conditioner bottle was empty. Otherwise, the bathroom was plenty big for handicapped accomodations. One thing though... handicapped accessible rooms need a lower bed. The one in this room was far too high for anyone who cannot stand to transfer to get into/out of. This was not my situation, thankfully, but an accessible room needs to be accessible.

Room was pretty clean. Only thing not was the floor. It looked like someone walked on it when it was wet, but not a big deal. Bed was nice. Staff was friendly. Definitely not the Hilton, but it was nice enough for our weekend trip!

There's new staff at the front desk and he clearly sees I'm handicapped yet voice me a room on the second floor for which is stairs. I had to go back in and change rooms. The bathtub was so dirty! It had a clear ring around it and previous hair. So gross! On top of that; it was freezing temperatures in the morning and no blow dryer in the room. So no shower was used nor did I eat the breakfast. The night table hadn't been wiped down as it had caked drink rings. The neighbors were smoking Marijuana in a state that's not legal. Very noisy area depending on which side of the building you're on.

GO SOMEPLACE ELSE! DUMP! ROACHES (DEAD AND CRAWLING), DIRTY UNSWEPT ROOM, HEATER NOT WORKING, AND A BUG ON THE WALL. I stayed up all night, scared. I tried to get my $ back for the 2nd night, but this dirty placed redused.

I stay here quite often as the location is great for my in between travels. My rooms vary, and they're nice for on a budget. I appreciate that. Traditional waffle breakfast and they have an entertainment room.

Breakfast sucked-not many options. The bathroom had a buncha mold on the ceiling. Both the heat and air did not work! Key cards didn’t work on room door.

I transferred to this renovated room because the room they originally put me in, the toilet wasn't working. I called them first day and maintenence was suppose to fix it. Instead, i was told i had to use their plunger to fix it myself. I did because that's just nasty. But this room was much, much nicer. I used their laundry faculty. The dryers work great.

The room was not clean. The air conditioner had thick dust on the front of it, there were many flies, spiders, ticks and flea larvae in the room. Also, the coffee pot was broken. The packets were old and crumbled when I opened them. Linoleum wasn't flat, which is not safe for a person with a handicap. I seen blood stains on the sitting chair. It was just gross. I didn't go to breakfast.
After trying to wipe some of the grime off the ac and it's still so dirty.
Trash and dirt behind the bed.
Blood on the chair.
The coffee saturated and opened without use.
