This 120 m² house is surrounded by large verandas and garden with trees, where one can enjoy panoramic views while taking breakfast or lunch. It is ideal for families and friends since it is fully equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The living room includes air-condition, spacious sofas, a dining table for 6, a fireplace, a large TV, a CD player, a radio and a library with a various collection of books and CDs. The kitchen is also spacious, there is a large fridge, kitchen, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and other small appliances. In the cupboards you will find many spices and in the garden fresh herbs for your food and salads. The living room as well as the kitchen have access to the terrace and the garden. On the large veranda there is a shaded area and a table for 6 who can enjoy their food and the spectacular view.
The bedrooms have been designed to ensure the guests' autonomy. In one bedroom, overlooking the garden and the sea, there is a king-size bed and a comfortable office area. The other two bedrooms overlook the garden and the trees. In one of them there is a double bed while the other has two single beds. The house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and a washing machine and the other with a shower.
The neighborhood is very quiet and is ideal for relaxing and exploring the surrounding areas. The villages of Glinado and Biblos are within walking distance and there you can find everything you may need. There are a mini market, a supermarket, a pharmacy, as well as bakeries, small shops and some restaurants.
Naxos Town and the port are a 10-minute drive away. The airport is a 5-minute drive away. The nearest supermarket, restaurant is 1 km away.
