Spacious, super clean, well equipped apartment. Staff were extremely friendly and most helpful with recommendations and organising transfers from the Port and car hire. We visited the most stunning little villages and free parking is available on site. Hot tub rooms are a nice bonus to relax at the end of a day exploring (room 7 and 8 have the biggest area and are the best). Walking distance to a lovely little beach, fabulous restaurants close by. Will return to Naxos and will use these suites again. Thank you.

This property was exceptional. Very friendly front desk. Very accommodating, the rooms were impeccable, the daily cleaning service was spot on. The location is super convenient and they were very kind to leave us a cheese tray and a lovely bottle of wine. We would highly recommend this facility to any traveler.

Great place if you plan to rent a car

Overall was a great stay with great location with a private parking lot. Room was extremely clean which was important to us. Housekeeping was very efficient and high quality. Now couple of downsides that were not noticed until I stayed there: 1. Our room was located half basement so room felt quite humid. 2. Check out was quite strict. We asked if we can get 30 min extended but were not granted.

We had the most amazing stay at Makava Suites and would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in Naxos. The property is close to all the main attractions and bus stops to other parts of Naxos are close by. The facilites are modern and clean and the family who runs it is so friendly and helpful. We felt so welcomed and will definitely stay again next time we visit Naxos.

I’m an extremely picky traveler, and this hotel completely blew me away. From the very first booking, communication was flawless—quick, clear, and reassuring. The hotel itself is stunning—one of the most beautiful and aesthetically designed places I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness was perfection (absolutely spotless) and the comfort level was top-notch—the bed and linens were heavenly. Maria and her mother, the owner, were incredible hosts. When my daughter forgot her camera on checkout day, they contacted us immediately and personally brought it to the ferry port within 30 minutes. That kind of care is beyond rare. On top of that, the thoughtful goody bag they gave us was such a special touch. Our room’s private rooftop with hot tub was the ultimate bonus—we ended every evening soaking in the warm water, watching the sunset with my family. Absolute magic. Even the little details were covered—they provided beach umbrellas and towels, which made our seaside days effortless. For someone as detail-oriented and demanding as I am, this stay was flawless. If you want true hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and beauty all in one, this is the place.
