The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms, barbecue area, large balcony, 2 car garage and large land just 20 meters from the beach. The kitchenette attached to the house has double bed + bunk bed, single kitchen and bathroom. Accommodation for 12 people in total.
House completely masonry and furnished.
Near the airport, the center of Gravatá and Beto Carreiro World. 15 km from Balneario Camboriu.
