At first they were very responsive but after check in they didn’t really communicate. We were missing a parking pass thankfully a neighbor gave us one of theirs and the sliding door to the patio had something wrong with the glass so you couldn’t see through it obstructing the view also the screen door was broken. When we let them know about the issues they never responded then two days later they sent out a text asking if everything was ok, when I responded with the issues again they said they would send someone out yet nobody ever showed up to fix the issues, there was some mold on the ceilings, normal things like needing some paint touch ups, the tubs were soooo slippery I stepped and and my foot slid across the tub bruising my other knees pretty severely with lots of swelling, I know my own clumsy mistake just warning others. Also the patio door in the bedroom to the balcony did not lock. Still a beautiful view from the balcony, and very close to the pier. Not terrible just could have used a little updating and love to the property but it was clean.
