Spend leisurely afternoons lounging by the private, freeform saltwater pool outfitted with a swim-up bar and two tranquil water features. Built-in poolside posts are anchors for umbrellas and the provided volleyball net, which offers more fun in the sun. The large fenced yard also features a gas grill with an outdoor dining table - a lovely perch for poolside cookouts. Afterward, kick back and relax on the patio's covered seating. Other perks of this little oasis include an indoor/outdoor ping-pong table and two outdoor showers with hot and cold water.

Only 300 steps to the intercostal private gated dock with fishing station, and 800 steps to the beach! 10 minute walk to restaurants including Juana Pagodas, AndyD's, and Florida's largest pier! This house also has the most beautiful large private pool in Navarre Beach barrier island for your personal enjoyment! BBQ while watching the kids play. Or swim up to the in-pool bar and have a seat!

Inside, prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen that features stainless steel appliances. The kitchen bar offers seating for two, while an adjacent dining table seats six. Watch favorite TV shows on any of the home's six TVs (including one in each bedroom). Ceiling fans are located throughout. Board games, books, and cards provide fun for all ages.

Don't miss out on the beautiful sunrises and sunsets during your stay! Enjoy them from the comfort of the home's two balconies - one of which is located off the living area and one private to the top-floor bedroom.

Launch your boat at the nearby public ramp and dock it at the private boat slip located just a few steps from the home. A dedicated walkway offers convenient, quick access to the Gulf and beaches, while a community pool provides more space to bask in the Florida rays. Paddleboards, kayaks, and mopeds are available for rent right behind the property.

Grab one of the provided beach chairs and head over the beach or the Santa Rosa Sound, where you can soak up the sun and relax.

BEGINNING JULY 2025 THEY WILL BE BUILDING A NEW HOUSE RIGHT NEXT DOOR. DURING THIS TIME THERE WILL BE TIMES WITH LARGE MACHINERY, LOUD CONSTRUCTION NOISES, AND WORKERS PRESENT. WORK SHOULD NOT BEGIN BEFORE 7AM AND SHOULD BE NO LATER THAN 9PM. WORK IS ALL WEATHER PERMITTING.

Dock details: This unit does not have a boat ramp, just a dock. The closest public boat ramp is Navarre Beach Causeway & Gulf Boulevard.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
