Couldn’t have been an easier check-in and out. Location is perfect and very easily accessible close to the elevator. Beautiful quiet beach and loved the chairs and umbrella included. Will come back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great and was very nice. The door stop needs to be fixed so the front door stays open when carrying things in and the door stop protector that’s screwed into the baseboard was falling out on the floor and I re-screwed it in because it was a sharp object. The back sliding glass door to the balcony also wouldn’t lock for us to keep the kid out. Everything was still very nice.

Here is why this place was perfect for us.Location is amazing, beach front and walking distance from pier, restaurants, gift shop, bike rental.Views, day and night were just wow. house was spotlessFamily area couch was so comfy and perfect for us. Wonderful Property

This condo at The Pearl was perfect for our first visit to Navarre Beach. It was just what our family needed with super close beach access. We felt comfortable and were able to relax in the condo and at the beach. We enjoyed eating at Andy D's and visiting the pier too!
